galarian slowbro can mega evolve to mega slowbro by giving galarian slowbro the mega stone for slowbro

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?

This is how National Dex works, it's a format that adapts its own rules for certain mechanics that are impossible to check in-game. This is not a bug.
