Slow!
The team:
Slowbro**Slowbronite
Regenerator / Shell Armor
EVs: 248HP 252Def 8Spe
IVs 0Atk
Bold Nature
-Calm Mind
-Slack Off
-Psyshock
-Scald
Mega Slowbro is definetly the star of the team. Once in mega form it hits 504 defense, laughing at any un-boosted physical Attacker: It checks common DD sweepers like Mega Altaria and Mega Charizard-X, its a full stop to most physical Wall Breakers (CB Azumarill, Diggersby, Mega-Medicham) and most late game cleaners. "Shell Armor" allows him to prevent crits. Once it Calm Minds twice only the move Encore, a Haze user, Toxic and fast set-up sweepers (tail glow energy ball manaphy, Nasty Plot Thundurus) can stop him. When playing with Slowbro its important to know when to calm mind (if your opponent has a switch-in its better to scald and fish for burns), and when to mega as "Regenerator" helps it handle pressure better.
For the moveset I went with the 2 attacks CM Slack Off. The reason behind this over RestTalk is Psyshock allows me to win against opposing Calm Minders (Keldeo, non-Encore Clefable...) and Scald allows me to burn Slowbros checks and counters so they get weakend to easily finish them off with Bisharp. The 8 speed EVs help Slowbro outspeed 30 Base speed like Reuniclus.
Gliscor**Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP 192 SpD 72 Spe
Careful Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
Gliscor is the Stealth Rocker and specially defensive Wall of the team. He's unique typing and ability make him a perfect addiction to my team. Poison Heal + Toxic Orb allow him to sponge status moves for Slowbro. It's important to keep scouting for potencial Toxic users so Slowbro wont get caught off-guard. Gliscor is usually my lead of choice since having Stealth Rocks up early game is really nice and Gliscor needs Toxic orb to check Alakazam, Gengar... Gliscor also has a nice match-up against Stealth Rock users like Heatran, Landorus-T and bulky Excadrill. He is my main Knock Off M-Sableye counter and can take Shedinja teams by himself.
72 Speed EVs allow Gliscor to outspeed everything up to Jolly Ttar. Roost is a fast way of recovery since Poison Heal isnt always enough. Knock Off hits Gengar and Latios.
Ferrothorn**Leftovers
Relaxed
EVs: 4 HP 88 Def 164 SpD
IVs: 0 Spe
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball
Ferrothorn is the Spiker of choice for my team. It's one of my Fairy switch-ins and the pokemon which keeps Mega Gyarados and Manaphy from 6-0ing my team. Gyro Ball is nothing to laugh at (OHKOs Gardevoir) and power whip does around 75% on manaphy without any attack boost. Leech Seed + Leftovers are Ferrothorn way of recovering since he lacks a reliable move to do so. Since this set lacks Shed Shell Magnezone + Gyarados become a threat. So, if your opponent has Magnezone try to keep Ferrothorn in the back. The mix-set is used since M-Slowbro already checks most things mixed Ferro doesn't.
Latios**Life Orb
Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA 4 SpD 252 Spe
Timid
- Defog
- Roost
- Draco Meteor
- Thunderbolt
Ahh... Latios. Latios is the Hazard-Remover of this team. He checks many threats like Keldeo and M-Charizard-Y. Roost is there so he can keep himself in a high HP through the match. Draco Meteor is the strongest move i have in the team destroying everything which wont resist it. Thunderbolt is there over psyshock since i already have a physical psychic attack in Victini and thunderbolt lets me hit Flying types like Skarmory and effectively revenge kill BD Azumarill. It's important to keep Stealth Rocks out of the field because Victini gets worn down easily.
Talonflame **Leftovers
Gale Wings
EVs: 248 HP 252 SpD 8 Spe
Careful
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- Will-O-Wisp
Specially Defensive Talonflame is a great addiction to the team. It does Victini job better since it has acess to recovery in form of roost + leftovers. Swords dance gives me a secondary win condition and BB is the needed priority to revenge kill easily. Will-o-Wisp allows me to take hits from both sides (basically the OrAs version of stall breaker Mew). It checks M-Gardevoir, M-Sableye and Clefable which could be huge problems to the team. Will-o-Wisp also stops pokemons like Gyarados and Double Dance Landorus setting up on Talonflame.
Weavile**Life Orb
Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk 4 SpD /252 Spe
Jolly
- Pursuit
- Icicle Crash
- Knock Off
- Low Kick
Weavile is both the revenge killer and pursuit trapper of my team. He allows me to trap Gengar, Latis, Starmie, non-M-Alakazam, M-Metagross...which could otherwise threaten the team. He revenge kills a huge part of the meta to the team like Thundurus, Tornadus, and Gardevoir . It beats most defog-users 1on1 so I can spam hazards with Ferrothorn and Gliscor freely. Weavile is also a great late-game sweeper.
Ice Shard over Knock Off could be used to pick weak pokemons Talonflame wont be able to revenge kill. Feel free to change the set if you feel like doing it.

Teambuilding Process:

I started the team with M-Slowbro. Having the best physical bulk in OU, a decent typing, acess to scald (one of the most broken moves imo) and psyshock, while also being a win condition thanks to Calm Mind, M-Slowbro helped alot in teambuilding filling many roles in only one spot.

Then I added Scarf Bisharp as it had an awesome defensive synergy with Slowbro resisting 14 types failing only to resist Ground, Bug, Electric and Fairy. Choice scarf allows it to revenge kill and effectively Pursuit trap.

After some calcs i realized Stealth Rocks + Spikes allow Slowbro to achieve KOs at +1 against many Swords Dancers which could otherwise stop the CM sweep. Sp.Def Gliscor and Mixed Ferrothorn check many pokemons like M-Gyarados, Gengar and M-Alakazam which could scare the current core. Together they created a perfect synergy resisting all types.

I was starting to get happy with this team. I had a solid defensive core which checked most commun pokemons in OU, however my team was weak to Encore CM Clefable and Mega Charizard-Y. I also wanted a strong Wall-Breaker, so AV Victini was the pokemon of choice.

Now I was looking at the team and I realized I wanted a better Manectric switch-in and a Defogger for Victini, since after SR he couldnt effectively switch into Charizard. I added Sp.Defensive Mew.

After some time i realized I got 6-0d by BD Azumarill once Ferrothorn was trapped or spikes were up. I decided to replace Mew with Latios since it revenge killed Azu while still filling Mew function in the
team relatively well and giving a secondary switch into Mega Charizard-Y.

KidMagic sugested Weavile since it does the same job as Bisharp without needing a Choice Scarf. Weavile also helped against ttar and chesnaught. Sp.Defensive Talonflame was added over Victini since it does the same job and chesnaught helps against stall. Weavile also helped against ttar and chesnaught

Threats:

Tyranitar
Pretty much every viable Ttar set destroys this team. I have 3 psychic types, 2 of them are weak to pursuit. Ice Beam 2HKOs Gliscor and banded 2HKOs Slowbro. Ferrothorn and maybe Bisharp are my only answers to Ttar but pursuit wont let me safely switch into them.
Weavile now handles Tyranitar reasonably well.

Manaphy
Manaphy is a problem to well pretty much every balance team ever made. With the right set and support this thing destroys my team. Hopefully it will get banned soon.

Magnezone
Magnezone isn't a threat himself, but after he traps Ferrothorn Water types have an easy time sweeping my team (Feraligatr, M-Gyarados, Manaphy).

Thundurus and Manectric
Nasty Plot Thundurus and Manectric are big threats to the team. Victini can take a hit and revenge kill them and Bisharp can revenge kill both with just a bit chip damage.

Chesnaught
Belly Drum Chesnaught is a huge threat to this team. Usually I break his Substitute while he sets up and Zen Headbutt it with my Victini. But if my Victini is weak and he sets up on Gliscor, gg.
Now bulky talonflame was added Chesnaught isnt a huge deal anymore.

Victini**Assault Vest
Victory Star
EVs: 252 Atk 4 SpD 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- V-create
- Bolt Strike
- U-turn
- Zen Headbutt
Assault Vest Victini was a surprise to me, it fills so many important roles in this team. He takes hits from M-Gardevoir, M-Char-Y and walls Clefable, all big threats to the team. He also works as a Wall Breaker and late-game cleaner thanks to his amazing move coverage, unique typing, V-Create and a good bulk for an offensive oriented pokemon. Bolt Strike hits bulky Water types and U-turn lets him deal damage to pokemons like tyranitar on the switch. Zen Headbutt is mainly there for STAB and M-Venusaur. Victory Star allowes Latios Draco to hit 100% Acc. and helps with Bisharps Stone Edge.

Bisharp**Choice Scarf
Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk 4 SpD 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pursuit
- Stone Edge
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
Scarf Bisharp is the revenge killer of my team. Reaching 393 it outspeeds everything up to Jolly Talonflame. Bisharp allows me to trap Gengar, Latis, Starmie, non-M-Alakazam, M-Metagross...It revenge kills pokemons like Thundurus, Tornadus, Talonflame and Gardevoir which could beat the Swords Dance set. Defiant punishes Defog-users so i can spam hazards with Ferrothorn and Gliscor freely. Dont switch Bisharp directly into Knock Off users since Choice Scarf is crucial because the team is naturally slow.
Because the team is weak to opposing Bisharp another option would be running Low Kick instead of Knock Off or Iron Head. Feel free to change the set if you feel like doing it.
