Pros / Good Qualities:

• An absurdly high 135 Attack stat in tandem with high power STAB moves like Close Combat, First Impression, U-turn and Leech Life make Slither Wing a powerful wallbreaker
• Slither Wing is able to effectively run both Choice Band and Choice Scarf sets, boosting either its Attack to frightening heights or letting outspeed the entire unboosted metagame even when Adamant.
• A strong defensive and offensive typing allows it to come in on resisted moves and threaten opposing Pokemon out, and with access to Bulk Up, even use these free turns to set up and become even more threatening, or heal off damage with either Morning Sun or Leech Life.
• Slither Wing has a plethora of powerful coverage options for it to pick from, with solid and consistent options in Earthquake and Flare Blitz, to more niche options that allow it to bypass checks, like Heavy Slam for Hatterene and Scream Tail, Wild Charge for Gyarados and Salamence, and Zen Headbutt for Tauros-Fire and opposing Slither Wing.

Cons / Shortcomings:

• Slither Wing's naturally average Speed stat is what holds it back from being a genuinely terrifying presence within the tier, being outsped by a plethora of Pokemon like Gengar, Pawmot, Espathra, Rotom-W and plenty more that can either offensively or defensively check it
• While First Impression is an incredible priority move power-wise, it being unreliable due to it only being usable on the first time Slither Wing comes in means that it can't be paired with the Choice Band set without crippling itself majorly.

Slither Wing is one of the best revenge killers in UU. First impression is extremely powerful and can easily OHKO many of the frailer pokemon. There aren't a lot of Pokémon out there that can actually switch into it safely. It is has gotten even better as the tier went on, losing checks like Azumarill and Rotom-W. What's even scarier is that it can run a bulky set to boost on the weaker walls. A huge threat in the tier.
