Skeledirge burns everything to cinders in 1v1 with its amazing physical bulk and Torch Song! Encore + Torch Song beats Iron Valiant, and Flame Charge + Encore defeats Fake Tears Sylveon. Will-O-Wisp combined with Slack Off stalls out Iron Hands and Choice Scarf Haxorus. Weakness Policy allows it to beat Donphan with Flame Charge and some Great Tusk variants with Blast Burn, while Mental Herb beats Gardevoir and non-Trick Sableye. Unaware is preferred to beat Bulk Up Annihilape, Quiver Dance Volcarona, and Swords Dance Iron Hands, but Blaze is better versus most Meowscarada. The HP and Defense EVs give it the best chance to survive a Choice Band Donphan Earthquake. Skeledirge's weakness to Water-Types, like Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Walking Wake, and difficulty damaging Dragon-types, like Garchomp, Haxorus, and Dragapult, mean that Iron Valiant, Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Sylveon make good partners.

Encore beats most Sylveon with after Flame Charge
specs exists but most sylveon you encore tru
specs matchup depends on getting blaze range or them not having sball (but this second part shouldn't go in a spotlight, just explaining why it's most sylveon)
and Iron Valiant with Blast Burn
bb is not the reason dirge wins against valiant, it can just alternate encore and torch song (+0 into +1 KOes, you can't encore encore)
blast burn is better when WP activates, gains wins vs stuff like scarf tusk (kinda overkill but torch doesn't OHKO but not reliable versus other tusk sets), you mention some annihilape later as well, probably more.
Weakness Policy allows you to beat non-Attack boosting some can be less specific about sets since this is a spotlight Great Tusk, Iron Treads
just use torch vs treads, it's not living after WP
(this sentence implies that flame charge is the best strat vs all 3 of these but that's not true here since speed booster exists)

annihilape is under both abilities, which would confuse casual readers, are there other matchups where that matters?
Skeledirge being weak to Dark, Rock, and Ground types and being resisted by Dragon types
I think it might be better to mention arcanine over the grounds/rocks since it can beat a bunch of ground types and rock types aren't really relevant, also if you have space, naming common pokemon of a certain type (ie "Water-types like Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Walking Wake") would be nice
means that good partners for Skeledirge are Iron Valiant, Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Great Tusk.

move wisp + slack off away from the beginning since those are the slash options rather than the main moves

Blaze is preferred to allow you to kill Pokemon such as Assault Vest Annihilape when combined with Weakness Policy might need to ask setscomp people about blaze, I asked smely (bc I didn't know) and she said something about flame charge wanting blaze and wisp wanting unaware but also wasn't sure, however Unaware can be used to beat Bulk Up Annihilape and Quiver Dance Volcarona sd hands too. Skeledirge being weak to Water Types like Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Walking Wake, while also being resisted by Dragon-types like Garchomp, Haxorus, and Dragapult types means that good partners for Skeledirge are Iron Valiant, Azumarill, Iron Bundle, and Great Tusk great tusk doesn't really take on any of the threats you listed all that well, maybe sylveon / meowscarada?.
