Scream Tail sounds off as a powerful Calm Mind sweeper on hyper offense teams in NU, boasting ample bulk for setting up multiple boosts. Scream Tail's amazing Speed stat puts it ahead of much of the metagame, and the Speed boost from Booster Energy lets it outrun even Choice Scarf users like Flygon and Paldean Tauros-W. Boomburst's high base power makes up for Scream Tail's underwhelming Special Attack, and Tera Normal amplifies its output while also making Scream Tail more defensively sound against Alolan Muk and Ghost-type attacks from Decidueye and Chandelure. Psychic Noise suffocates walls like Vaporeon and Gastrodon, while Fire Blast melts Steel-types like Bronzong and Registeel. Scream Tail can overwhelm teams with fellow setup sweepers, and Toxtricity and Alolan Ninetales in particular can deal with Alolan Muk so that Scream Tail doesn't have to Terastallize.

Scream Tail can overwhelm teams with fellow setup sweepers, and Toxtrcitiy and Toxicroak Muk is never coming in to do with Toxicroak, use Alolan Ninetales instead in particular can deal with Alolan Muk so that Scream Tail doesn't have to Terastallize.
