Scizor is my favorite pokemon next to Lugia. So I have decided to create some movesets and EV spreads for him. I welcome all suggestions and corrections.

Scizor
Adamant@Leftovers/lifeorb
Swarm
Hp:62 ,Atk: 252, Def:192
X scissor
Iron head/Night slash
Swords dance/Roost
Agility

Scizor I would go with adamant, leftovers of life orb depends on whether you want to hit hard fast or increase your defense and last longer. The EV spread is so Scizor can reach a very attack stat wall physical attacks and you need Hp to do that.Scizor has a somewhat shallow movepool for physical attacks. Two best are Xscissor for stab Iron head for type coverage. They cover all but Steel types who resist both moves. It's always hard to run two stat up moves on one pokemon not intended to baton pass. Agility is a must if the scizor intends to sweep. Swords dance sky rockets scizors attack, but roost keeps it on the field longer. Obviously if you choose to roost dont go with a life orb go with lefties. This is my personal set and once it sets up it dies hard. Of course most hazers are slow and even without a swords dance scizor can OHKO and 2HKO most of them. Skarmory does pose a threat but it cant 2HKO Scizor with it's standard spread.

The other Scizor is the baton pass scizor I don't intend to cover him as he is the most common scizor and already well known for the most part. Thank you for takin the time to read this and I hope it helps.

EV's:252ATK/192SPD/66HP
-Aerial Ace
-Night Slash/X-Scissor
-Brick Break
-Agility

Ok, I love this guy as my leader. Aerial Ace for Heracross, Night Slash/X-Scissor for Alakazam and Gengar, and Brick Break for Weavile and TTar. With 1 agility I should have about 428 Spd, more than enough to outspeed the most CS pokemon (besides CS Weavile, Gengar, and Alakazam). His biggest weaknesses as a leader will be Gyarados and (of course) Salamence.

This is another spread. As someone just pointed out (somewhere else....) to me he works much better as a late game sweeper. After you have already scoped out the commont fire hazards.

Iron head makes more sense than brick break on the leader set, unless you fear steels. Stab seems much more useful than just your average base 75 fighting move, and the ability to flinch works well with agility.
