Choice Scarf (Haxorus) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Unnerve
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

- Outrage
- Close Combat
- Rock Slide / Iron Tail / Earthquake
- X-Scissor / Iron Tail / Earthquake

[SET COMMENTS]
* Choice Scarf Haxorus looks to outspeed and KO a variety of different Pokemon with high-Base Power moves while using Unnerve to prevent Custap Berry on Hoopa-U and Haban Berry on Raging Bolt and Garchomp from being activated.
* Outrage allows Haxorus to OHKO most other Dragon-types like Raging Bolt, Dragapult, and non-bulky Regidrago.
* Close Combat can hit Porygon-Z and Choice Specs Darkrai.
* The remaining moveslots can be tailored to beat specific notable Pokemon in the tier. Rock Slide can be used to target Volcarona. X-Scissor hits Hoopa-U, Meowscarada, and both offensive and SubSeed Ogerpon-W without the downside of confusion chances from Outrage. Iron Tail hits Diancie and Alolan Ninetales. Earthquake can hit non-Air Balloon Heatran.
* Adamant maximizes Choice Scarf Haxorus's damage output, which can be important for matchups versus bulky Regidrago and Porygon-Z, while a Jolly nature gives Haxorus maximum Speed to outpace Choice Scarf Porygon-Z.
* Haxorus struggles with most Steel- and Fairy-types like Hisuian Goodra and Primarina as well as physically bulky Pokemon even if they don't resist Outrage like Landorus-T and Ursaluna, so it pairs well with Pokemon like Iron Hands and Air Balloon Volcanion that can deal with them.

qc (doing some basic GP changes to make it easier for GP team here too, but nothing really past the level of putting Choice in Choice Scarf or anything)

* Choice Scarf Haxorus looks to outspeed and KO a variety of different Pokemon with high power moves and using Unnerve to turn off or Custap Berry from Hoopa-U or resist berries like Haban Berry from Regidrago (I would recommend removing Regidrago here, given you don't kill max Defense reliably with Jolly. Although more on Jolly later....) or Raging Bolt.
* A Jolly nature gives Haxorus the max speed possible for the mirror match (I'd recommend making Adamant the main option and Jolly the slash here, because Adamant makes the 252 Defense Regidrago matchup reliable as you said later in this sentence. I'd remove the mirror match mention here and add Choice Scarf Porygon-Z here.), while Adamant maximizes Choice Scarf Haxorus's damage output which can be important for match-ups versus Regidrago or Porygon-Z.(Add Period)
* Outrage is the best STAB option allowing Haxorus to KO most other Dragon-Types in the tier like Regidrago (same issue as the couple times earlier with Regidrago, it's not the best example here.) and Raging Bolt.
* Close Combat is a strong Fighting-type move that can hit Porygon-Z and also some Steel-types like Air Balloon Heatran. (you don't kill Heatran and they can kill you back with 252 Flash Cannon after Close Combat drops.)
* The remaining moves slots can be tailored to beat specific notable Pokemon in the tier. Rock Slide can be used to target Volcarona. X-Scissor hits Hoopa-U. Poison Jab hits Offensive and SubSeed Ogerpon-W without the downside of confusion chances from Outrage (so does X-Scissor here which is sorta funny... anyways I think you can remove Poison Jab if you can't find anything outside of this). Iron Tail hits Diancie and Ninetales-A Alolan Ninetales. Earthquake can hit Specs (you can just say non-Air Balloon here) Heatran.
* Haxorus struggles with most Steel- and Fairy-types like Goodra-H and Primarina and also physically bulky Pokemon even if they don't resist Outrage like Landorus-T or Ursaluna, so it pairs well with Pokemon that can deal with threats like these like Iron Hands and Volcanion.

don't forget to add credits. nice job, but I'll take a second look because there's some example based stuff in here, but really good start.

Mention Regidrago here, as that is a massive reason to run Choice Scarf over Choice Band. Unnerve helps against Haban or Custap, and Scarf makes it so you don't lose to opposing Scarf.

Wrote this before I saw Lumi wrote this but just a reminder to finish implementing these lost heros. Make sure to let Lumii know when you're done.

// I think in this case I'd just talk about Haban berry and other haban users it can beat, since the things that run Chople (Hoodra/Shifu) you don't beat anyway.
* Adamant maximizes Choice Scarf Haxorus's damage output which can be important for match-ups versus Regidrago or Bulky Porygon-Z, while a Jolly nature gives Haxorus the max speed possible for the Choice Scarf Porygon-Z

// Since you don't mention Meow, Pao and Darkrai later under X-Scissor, this might be a good time to mention them.

(AP) (check ordering here - natures are usually mentioned after moves etc have been talked about to fllow the order of the set)
* Outrage is the best STAB option allowing allows Haxorus to KO (if it OHKOes them, specify that) most other Dragon-types in the tier like Raging Bolt, Dragapult, and non-bulky Regidrago.

(not really sure if the examples work here because iron hands I assume is the example for steel-types, then is volc the example for fairy-types and the bulky pokemon? volcanion is slower and weak to ground so unless it's balloon specifically does it beat ursaluna/lando? for clarity, could be good to split up the steel/fairy examples and the bulky pokemon examples so it's clear which applies to which)
