Introduction
Hi peeps its me Fang, back again with another team. This is my 3rd RMT, the previous one can be found in my signature. So uh, I've been brainstorming for around 2 days on what I should build around. Until it struck me. I was watching Lockstin's video about rotom forms until I decided "You know what, let's make a Rotom-heat team!" And so I got to work. Loaded up showdown, and started creating this team. I felt incredible emotions, its too incredible that I had to stop. And the emotion in question is frustration, I nearly screamed in front of the road. Instead, I spam on a friend's dm. I know, good tactic. Anyways enough rambling, let's get EXPLAINING! (I just wanna talk :( I had a long day psss start a convo w me luv u bye)
Teambuilding Process
This section will explain my thought process when building

Ahh, good ol' Rotom-heat. Overshadowed by his Washing Machine brother, although this one have a different set in Nasty Plot. As I said at the intro, it took me 2 days to think what I'm gonna build around. And I wanted to build around Rotom-Heat yada yada yada read the intro. This pokemon is quite the unique one. Nothing more to say, let's jump into the next one.

Up next is Fini. I realized Rotom-Heat's biggest problem is Urshifu, and to stop that I put the incredible Fini. This pokemon's usage has been skyrocketing due to the popularity of both Weavile and Urshifu. Fini also supports Rotom with misty terrain, preventing status from happening. Rotom can pivot into Fini when needed, and Fini can get rid of pesky Ground types that Rotom struggles against, mainly Garchomp and non-Spdef Lando. It leaves me with a thought, I need a reliable offensive grass and electrics switchin for the next spot

Its Tangrowth time. This pokemon can switch in on electrics and grass types like Kartana and Koko. I opted for the AV set, which is pretty changeable, I can't choose which Tang set I wanna use. It is now an FWG core, which I rarely do if I'm being honest. For the next slot, I needed a powerful physical breaker that will love the momentum that Rotom provides.

Weavile is a very powerful breaker. It appreciates the momentum that Rotom provides, and it can be very scary to teams. When we get to the team explanation part, I'll explain Rotom-heat's set that has great synergy with Banded Weavile.

This one is pretty straightforward. I needed a Rocker and Lando does that job perfectly. It also checks pesky pokemon like Heatran and Toxapex that can be a burden to the team. This might cause problems bcs defensive landos run Toxic, so the 2nd option should definitely be knock-off. As I said, pretty straightforward.

I'm sick of Corviknight. I have been using it in every non-sun non-HO teams. But what can I say, this mon is amazing. It can check physical attackers that Landorus couldn't. It provides defog support which the team desperately needs, especially with the Rotom-Heat set which doesn't run boots (You'll see :) Very straightforward as well.
Team Explanation
Standard RMT stuff, I'm going to explain the members one-by-one

Rotom-Heat @ Eject Pack
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Nasty Plot
- Discharge
- Overheat
- Pain Split
If I'm being honest, this set is really good. I come up with it after a long brainstorm. Now, if you don't know eject pack is, it switches the user out every time its stat is dropped. Then why did I pick Rotom-heat for this job instead of Garchomp? Well, it is completely walled by every ground type, and the most popular among those is Landorus. Not only that, Rotom has nasty plot and Overheat, which drops its stat upon attacking. So you can control your momentum and immediately grab a huge lead every time Lando comes in or whenever you clicked Overheat. You can use Overheat as a parachute, so every time its switchins come in (like Blissey and such), you can switch into terrifying pokemon mainly Weavile or Fini to block opposing Shifus and Weaviles. The best way to use this Rotom is to force something out and immediately click Overheat to gain free momentum.

Tapu Fini @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Moonblast
- Knock Off
- Trick
Fini's ability in Misty Surge preventing status, its decent speed tier which allows its scarf set to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame, and its utility in trick. It is also a solid check to Urshifu and Weavile. Although, if anyone knows where I can find the bulky scarf set please lmk. Fini pairs nicely to Rotom, because Rotom can tank electric and grass attacks for it, while fini can take Water and Rock-type attacks for it. Amazing partner, and can potentially be threatening with Stab Hydro Pump and Moonblast.

Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Power Whip
- Knock Off
- Sludge Bomb
- Earthquake
I still can't decide if I want to use the standard rocky helmet Tan set or the AV set. I chose the AV set for now because I have no spdef walls. One of the options I could go for is to make Lando spdef. My friend told me that there's no sp.atker that I don't wall, but idk. Tangrowth fits nicely here because it can be a more reliable switchin to electric attacks for fini. It also appreciates Fini's resistance to fire. Tangrowth walls Kartana and other offensive grass, which Fini greatly appreciate. Rotom can tank Flying hits for Tangrowth, and in return Tang can take water attacks.

Weavile @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Triple Axel
- Knock Off
- Ice Shard
- Low Kick
Weavile synergizes so well with Rotom and the team in general. First up, Rotom can switch to Weavile freely with eject pack whenever Lando comes in, then Weavile gets a free knock-off to mons like Corviknight and Ferrothorn. Second, Weavile is an excellent physical wallbreaker with STAB knock-off and Triple axel. Ice shard is a great priority move for picking up weakened enemies, and Low kick is usually for Heatran.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 164 Def / 92 Spe
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Toxic
This is the standard defensive Lando set. Lando is a very reliable stealth rocker, with access to STAB Earthquake and access to U-turn. Toxic can be changed to Knock-off so that misty terrain won't interfere. Landorus can also destroy the likes of Heatran and Toxapex, which is a pain to this team. Rocks are very valuable especially with a strong breaker like Weavile, and momentum is generally nice to have in any team.

Corviknight @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 168 Def / 88 SpD
Impish Nature
- Body Press
- U-turn
- Defog
- Roost
This team needed a reliable physical wall and a defogger. Corviknight fits that criteria perfectly. Rocky Helmet can punish opposing Shifus who tried to get rid of Rotom and Landorus. Body Press can deal with Weavile and Bisharp, which can be a problem after they are boosted. U-turn is always nice to have, Roost and Defog is pretty much required for defensive Corviknight. Corviknight walls thing that Landorus can't, especially Weaviles and Urshifus. A very good defogger that I can't stop using because the others are kinda situational.

Thank you so much for reading this RMT. As I said at the beginning, you can check out my previous RMT in my signature. And no, I'm not linking my Reuniclus RMT because it was very bad. Anyways, I wanna thank everyone who helped to make the replays. Extra note, I did use this team myself of course, but It was on low ladder and some room tours, so that is why the replays don't have me playing in it. This is a pretty fun team, and I love it.
And that Concludes my
