Roserade is an excellent Choice Scarf user due to its good Special Attack and Speed stats and the ability to set up entry hazards like Spikes and Toxic Spikes. Leaf Storm makes Roserade able to hit Water- and Ground-types like Seismitoad and Mamoswine. Sludge Bomb allows Roserade to deal with Fairy-type Pokemon like Togekiss and Grimmsnarl. Spikes is a great move to wear down teams to make it easier to clean up late-game for itself or its teammates. Toxic Spikes makes it easier to pressure teams that lack a way to get rid of them like Normal-, Fairy-, and Psychic-type teams. Having Spikes allows Ferrothorn to run Stealth Rock. Roserade should set up Spikes or Toxic Spikes against Pokemon that it can threaten such as Mamoswine, Grimmsnarl, and Togekiss. Maximum Speed EVs with a Choice Scarf and a Timid nature allow Roserade to outpace common Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Dracovish and Gardevoir. Maximum Special Attack investment ensures Roserade can hit as hard as possible.

Roserade helps with forming an entry hazard-stacking core with Ferrothorn that greatly helps chip down the opposing team. Roserade's teammates also appreciate its part-Poison typing, which allows it to absorb Toxic Spikes that would otherwise be problematic. Virizion makes a great teammate, as it can threaten Fire-types that Roserade can struggle with such as Centiskorch and Chandelure with Stone Edge. Decidueye appreciates Roserade's ability stack entry hazards, as it makes it easier for Decidueye to sweep in the Ghost- and the Psychic-type matchup. Choice Scarf Rillaboom is great to pair with Roserade due to its access to Knock Off to weaken the foe, Superpower to hit Steel-types such as Bisharp and Lucario, and U-turn to help pressure Psychic-types and bring in a teammate safely. Appletun also makes for a great teammate due to its part-Dragon-typing and great Special Defense, which allows it to come in on Fire-type attacks for Roserade while forming a good duo with Ferrothorn due to it being able to come in on Ice-type attacks. Rotom-C makes for a great partner due to being able to take on Flying-type Pokemon such as Corviknight and Mandibuzz with Nasty Plot and Thunderbolt. Whimsicott is a much-needed teammate due to its part-Fairy-typing, allowing it to help greatly in the Dragon- and Dark-type matchup. It can also help with weakening teams by using Leech Seed, which forces switches; Whimsiscott and Ferrothorn appreciate Roserade's entry hazards, as it helps wear down the opposing team and makes it easier for Roserade to clean late-game. Whimsicott can also be used for Sunny Day to make Venusaur and Celebi turn into fearful sweepers with Growth / Nasty Plot and Weather Ball to help greatly with Steel-types like Ferrothorn and Bisharp.

Roserade is an excellent Choice Scarf user due to its good Special Attack and Speed stat that allows it to outpace most Fairy-types [such as ? give examples here as Choice Scarf Roserade can deal with Togekiss and Bulk Up Grimmsnarl which can be annoying for Grass-teams to face] and OHKO Ground-types that can give Grass-type teams trouble such as like Mamoswine. [ As you have already mentioned the fairy type examples above you can frame this sentence like 'Sludge Bomb allows Roserade to deal with the aforementioned Fairy-type Pokemon'] Sludge Bomb allows Roserade to take on Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Whimsiscott. Spikes is great for chipping Pokemon down to wear down teams to make it easier to clean up late game for it or its teammates. Toxic Spikes makes it easier to pressure teams that lack a way to get them up get rid of them like Normal-, Fairy- and Psychic-type teams. [Now scarf braviary is an option for normal with defog but it is not there on the standard sample team so lisiting normal should be safe here] Having Maximum Speed EVs with a Choice Scarf and a Timid Nature allows Roserade to outpace common Choice Scarf Pokemon such as Dracovish and Gardevoir. Maximum Special Attack investment ensures Roserade can hit has hard as possible.

Roserade helps greatly with forming a harzard hazard stacking duo core [minor nitpick but i think core is a better word here] with Ferrothorn that greatly help chip down the opposing team. Its teammates also appricate appreciate Roserade's Poison-typing that allows it to get up Toxic Spikes and absorb Toxic it to absorb Toxic Spikes for its teammates. [Above you already have mentioned about Toxic Spikes so just mention about Roserade absorbing Tspikes for the team here imo] Rillaboom is also a great good [You have repeated the word great or greatly couples of times in this para so best to use alternatives to avoid making it redundant to read] teammate due to it having access to Knock off and U-turn that greatly helps with pressuing Psychic-types. Appletun also makes for a great teammate due to its Dragon-typing and great Special Defense allows it to come in on Fire-type attacks for its teammates. Rotom-C makes for a great partner due to being able to take on Toxapex and most Water-type Pokemon. [Also mention flying-type match up where rotom c can put in work and take out troublesome flying type pokemon with its sub NP set] Whimsiscott is a much needed teammate due to its Fairy-typing allowing it to help greatly in the Dragon- and the Dark-type matchup. [worth mentionig how whimsicott can make teams weak with its sub leech set for roserade to clean late game]

"Roserade is an excellent Choice Scarf user due to its good Special Attack and Speed stat that allows it to outpace and beat most Fairy-types such as Togekiss and Bulk Up Grimmsnarl and OHKO Ground-types that can give Grass-type teams trouble like Mamoswine. "
I would just say how it can hazard stack with its access to Spikes and Toxic Spikes, and then go into detail about its attacks after that.

You can have a line about Leaf Storm here and how it is its most powerful attack and allows it to hit Ground- and Water-type Pokemon.

"Sludge Bomb allows Roserade to deal with the aforementioned Fairy-type Pokemon like Togekiss, Hatterene and GrimmsnarlWhimsiscott. "
Whimsicott isn't a threat to Grass, so let's just put Hatterene and Grimmsnarl here. The former is especially important as an example because it prevents hazards otherwise.

Let's see some usage tips on how to set hazards effectively, especially when you're Choice Scarf locked.

Would mention Roserade can free up Ferrothorn from running Spikes.

"Its teammates also appreciate Roserade's Poison-typing that allows it to absorb Toxic Spikes for its teammates that would otherwise be problematic. "

Would go into Rillaboom as a Choice Scarf user and how it can weaken Pokemon with Knock Off, hit Steel-type Pokemon such as Bisharp and Lucario with Superpower, and bring it in with U-turn. What you have right now is decent, I just feel like if you were to talk about Knock Off, I would talk about it weakening Pokemon. Would also mention they form a good core as they're both Choice Scarf users.

Would mention briefly in the sentence about Appletun how it and Ferrothorn form a good defensive core to pivot in on attacks for Roserade.

"Rotom-C makes for a great partner due to being able to take on Toxapex and Covriknight and most Water and Flying-type Pokemon with Substitute and Nasty Plot. "
I don't see why Roserade would struggle too much with Water-type Pokemon, rephrase this to how it can beat Flying- and Steel-type Pokemon like Corviknight, Mandibuzz and Ferrothorn with Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt and Dark Pulse.

"It can also help with weakening teams with using Substitute + Leech Seed that helps Roserade clean late-game. "
I would make this into a more general comment about how the Leech Seed users appreciate Roserade's hazards as they force switches, while they can wear down opposing teams for Roserade to clean.

Dang pokemon homes release shook up the teammate's section, alright let's update that.

- virizion & decidueye are good teammates to add as they appreciate roserades ability to hazard stack as sd sweepers. in particular, virizion can get coverage in stone edge which allows it to threaten pokemon such as centiskorch, which can otherwise be difficult to deal with
- just have rotom-c examples be flying types its primary job, grass has the sun for steels now
- would also mention new teammates that can abuse sun, celebi & venusaur which also greatly appreciate its hazard support
