Balance is by one of my favorite type of team to make and play. I love how flexible and versatile it can be, as well as how I usually am always in with a chance against any other team. This team is mainly based around Serperior and Roaring Moon. Serperior is a solid OU mon, and can run a variety of sets even with its restricting move pool. Roaring Moon, is an exceptional wallbreaker that can find a place on almost any team. It is one of the most powerful Pokemon in OU, and after it has Dragon Danced, it just has the incredible ability to absolutely shred entire teams. Serperior and Roaring Moon work decently well together - Moon can take out the bulky Fire and Steel types that cause Serperior so much trouble, and Serperior can spread paralysis on faster threats such as Dragapult. Serp can also set Leech Seed to give Moon some handy passive recovery. With that in mind, I set out to build a team ready for almost any situation, and this is what I have come up with:
Serperior @ Leftovers | Contrary
Timid | 16 HP / 16 Def / 60 SpA / 60 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs - 0 Atk
Leaf Storm / Leech Seed / Substitute / Glare
Tera type - Grass
Serperior is key at maintaining speed control, and I have gone for a fast but more bulky set. Max Speed is used to outrun other OU threats such as Ogerpon-W, Walking Wake, Iron Treads, Volcarona, and Kyurem. 116 HP, 16 Defense, and 60 Special Defense investment allows Leftovers Serperior survive two Ceaseless Edges from 252 Attack Jolly Hisuian Samurott, allowing Serperior to switch into even Scarfed Samurott-H, take up to two hits, and OHKO in return using Leaf Storm (without any boosts). The same investment spread allows Serperior to survive a Magma Storm from a Specially Defensive Heatran even without terastalizing, and Tera Ground Tera Blast can OHKO in return after a Leaf Storm boost with 60 Special Attack, which also lets Serperior get a guaranteed OHKO on Gholdengo using Tera Fire Tera Blast.
Roaring Moon @ Booster Energy | Protosynthesis
Adamant | 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Dragon Dance / Earthquake / Knock Off / Acrobatics
Tera type - Flying
Pretty standard Roaring Moon set, gets that Dragon Dance off and then sweeps against most teams. IMO most dangerous mon in OU right now, once it gets that one dragon dance off, it could absolutely destroy teams. Ig same could be said for Gouging Fire under sun, but I personally like how Moon can still instantly be fast and hit hard even without setting up.

Tera type - Ghost
Swords Dance / Kowtow Cleave / Sucker Punch / Iron Head
Bit more of a bulky sucker punch cleaner set, I sometimes use it for damage control against opponents that have set up, tera ghost is a decent defensive typing compared to Kingambits old one, that fighting immunity is very handy, and lets me spin block if I really need to. Supreme overlord helps out in the late game.

Tera Type: Steel
Bulk Up / Rapid Spin / Headlong Rush / Close Combat
Tusk is my hazard remover, Bulk Up + Rapid Spin can lead to it sweeping, again, very standard offensive set. Tusk also checks Gouging Fire and Raging Bolt, making it crucial against those teams.
Volcarona @ Heavy-Duty Boots | Flame Body
Timid | 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Tera type - Water
Quiver Dance / Fiery Dance / Giga Drain / Tera Blast
Volcarona can be very dangerous once it gets set up, tera water is a great defensive typing, and giga drain keeps it healthy. Heavy duty boots is a must have to stop Volcarona going down to half health on stealth rocks, and flame body can punish physical attackers. Water is an excellent defensive tera while also turning the tables on fire types trying to tank Volcaronas hits.
Skarmory @ Rocky Helmet | Sturdy
Bold | 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 Spe
Tera type - Dragon
Brave Bird / Roost / Stealth Rock / Spikes
Skarmory is my hazard setter and overall physical tank. Rocky helmet is to further harm physical attackers and brave bird is for a bit of damage output. Dragon is a decent defensive type to deter fire and electric types coming in on skarmory. Sturdy is used to ensure the at least stealth rocks go up.
