What is the bug?
Hi, sorry to bother, I just noticed something off with a few battles I've done with friends.
For context, we do roleplay battles and our Pokemon are under leveled (LVL 25) Pokemon only.
I noticed in a few battles my Torracat was attacking slower than a lot of Pokemon. It happened on a switch in, then again on a second turn. My friends told me to report it as a bug. Sorry again, if this turns out to not be a bug, but I wanted to report it just in case. It seems very odd to me.

Tera Type: Fire

Hasty Nature
