I’ll do my best to help with some obvious flaws on your team before the post gets frozen, I won’t be going over team structure since I don’t have time but I’ll give you some help with the sets.

melmetal: looks good enough, I would take a few points from attack and put them into speed for mirror matches.

kartana: the set is fine but I would recommend swapping out psyco cut for either sacred sword or leaf blade.

Volcanora: why do you have 3 fire moves? Swap them out for quiver dance and bugg buzz/roost

Chansey: chansey must run eviolite as other wise it’s just worse than blissey. Also offensive chansey isn’t very good. I’d recommend something like
Soft boiled
toxic
Stealth rock
Seismic toss

Tapu lele:
If you wanna runscarf you need trick. Swap light screen for trick

toxapex: scald is better on toxapex for burn chance, also consider running toxic over toxic spikes but it’s your choice.

I will be explaining the changes that I recommend. I also don't have much time so I can't go into as much detail.

First of all, Kartana shouldn't and doesn't need to run Psycho Cut as it really isn't as important. After you get up an SD, nothing will be willing to take hits from it other than Buzzwole but Volc handles that Ig.

Secondly, the Chansey set was a bit unusual so I kind of just put useful support moves on it. You could replace sr for teleport, but then you wouldn't have a rocker.
Also, Volcarona is alot better with quiver dance so I changed it to that set, you can sub out psychic for roost if you want

Furthermore, the set on Fini kind of contradicted it b/c u need defogger and you can't run scarf fini with defog so I changed it to be a bit more bulky

The final change was toxapex's set as it really isn't used for offensive but more for passive damage of some sort. You can change around the set with knock off and crap.

i didn't change any pokemon, but I would recommend adding pokemon that can handle some glaring weakness like electric moves, etc.
