Good morning everyone, I'm a manager for Team Ho-Oh for this edition of RBTT!
Even if we're both quite familiar with the general playerbase, Dark Pulse and I would love to read your introductions on Discord! My Discord is claquettesgucci, Pulse's is pulse_ks.

Gm guys, I want to be in a winner team with amazing people all around. That's why I decided as a player to hold tryouts for other players? Why? Once I'm drafted I hopefully get an invite to the server immediately (appeal to the managers who draft me) and then I can convince them to pick you up. All of this just works if managers agree with my approach obviously.

To avoid getting flooded with DMs on Smogon and Discord that I might not be able to respond to or keep track of at all, Team Regigigas has created a simple quick (1-2 minutes) form for the first stage of our tryout process. The instruction are simple and included within.
Here is the link to the form.
If you're more comfortable messaging me privately instead (or if we've played in tournaments together in the past for example), then you can send a friend request or message to drifting_ or elgino10 on Discord, or here on Smogon if you'd prefer, and I'll do my best to respond quickly. Filling out the form is the best way to make sure your tryout will 100% be processed though.
If we like your submission then we'll contact you on Smogon/Discord and do stuff like play tryout games, etc. We don't have super high standards for this part of the process, it's just to keep things more organised, so please give it a shot even if you're worried you might not be good enough, you might just surprise yourself.

Team Hoopa will not be doing tryout games, but if you wish to join the best team of this edition you can DM Irpachuza or myself here on Smogon with a pitch!
Tell us what role you think you could play in the team, and why you can fill that role. In terms of qualifications we're looking for Random Battles experience and results, both on the ladder and in tournaments. Non-rands tournaments are a plus but less important. If you have valuable experience in a tournament that we may not be familiar with, please send us a link as well so we can check it out!
If you have some replays that you believe show your quality as a player we'd be more than happy to take a look, but this is certainly not required.

If you're interested in playing for the Keldeos, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to shoot me or Michielleus a message with your best results to help us get to know you better. General tour experience does play a role in our selection of players, but rands-related results typically weigh heavier.
Note that we expect you to meet some basic requirements if you'd like to specifically play tryout games. To participate in tryout games, we ask that you meet at least one of the following basic critera:

pokeblade101 and I are returning for another year after becoming back to back winners to secure the 3peat with Team Zygarde.
There is absolutely no doubt that you're GUARANTEED to be on a team that knows what they're doing and have a great shot at the title if you end up with us. With open manager signups, competition is getting fiercer. My DMs are open to all who are interested in being a Zygarde (roginald on discord), especially to those who I do not already know! Don't be shy, you could be the difference that we attribute our success to.
Ladder ratings, tournament results and anything else you have to show me what you've got is strongly recommended and if I'm interested, I'll even offer some tryouts if needed.
