SV Ubers Rain Team

So this a rain team that kinda sucks. I can't figure out what I need to change. Or maybe the team is good and I'm just bad at the game.
Rain (Kyogre) @ Ability Shield

Ability: Drizzle
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Water Spout
This is kinda the only reason my team survives. It's the pokemon who sets up rain with drizzle. It's moveset is just some powerful moves and calm mind, but it works really well. I cannot count how many times water spout made me win. Also, in rain thunder never misses, which is nice.

Swift (Kingdra) @ Covert Cloak
Ability: Swift Swim
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Weather Ball
- Flip Turn
- Hurricane
- Hydro Pump
Swift only comes out after someone sets up rain. Swift works very well. Weather Ball does a lot of damage, and so does Hydro Pump. Hurricane deals with grass types and never misses in rain, well flip turn is to switch into Rain when the rain runs out. The only problem is it gets KO if there's Stealth Rock set up pretty easily.

Steel (Metagross) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Steel
EVs: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Careful Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Psychic Fangs
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
Steel is a nice defensive pokemon to have. Heavy Slam, Psychic Fangs, and Earthquake are just some damaging moves, but Stealth Rock is pretty useful. The problem with Steel is that I don't like setting Stealth Rock up so late. What I usaully do with this team is send out Koriadon or Rain to set up rain and then send out Swift or Speed.

Grass (Rillaboom) @ Choice Band
Ability: Grassy Surge
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
- Grassy Glide
- Wood Hammer
- U-turn
- Knock Off
Grass is kind of just coverage and stuff and also a sweeper, but the rain doesn't benfit it at all. I was wondering if anyone knew any grass types that benfit from rain because right now, Grass is only in when everybody else is KOed.

Speed (Thundurus) (M) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Defiant
Tera Type: Electric
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Taunt
- Thunder
- Wildbolt Storm
- Fly
Speed works with the rain really well. Taunt is so they can't set up (I love taunt) and Fly... IDK why I put Fly. But Thunder and Wildbolt Storm always hit in rain, which I love.

Koridan (Arceus) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Multitype
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 128 Def / 128 SpD / 252 Spe
Rash Nature
- Rain Dance
- Dazzling Gleam
- Extreme Speed
- Recover
Koridan is just a back up in case Rain dies, because it knows the move Rain Dance. The reason an Arceus is called Koridan is because my team kinda sucks at facing Koriadon. And Koriadon is good at facing Koriadon! (If it Teras).
