UUbers Rain Setter Pelipper [Done]

[SET]
Rain Setter (Pelipper) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA
IVs: 0 Spe
Tera Type: Ground
Relaxed Nature
- U-turn
- Surf
- Hurricane
- Roost

[SET COMMENTS]
Pelipper is the only viable rain setter in Ubers UU due to its decent bulk, a great Water / Flying typing that allows it to switch into Ground-type moves, and its decent movepool. U-turn allows Pelipper to safely pivot into Palkia-O against threats like Baxcalibur. A Surf boosted by rain and a never-missing Hurricane allow Pelipper to have some offensive presence. Tera Ground grants Pelipper an immunity to Electric and resistance to Rock, its only two weaknesses. It also turns Pelipper's Stealth Rock weakness into a resistance. Pelipper's 0 Speed IVs are designed to make its U-turn as slow as possible so its pivoting is as safe as possible. Valuable teammates that benefit from Pelipper are rain wallbreakers, such as Palkia-O, Palafin, and Barraskewda. The fact that Damp Rock is a mandatory item on Pelipper means it can't run Heavy-Duty Boots to ignore any entry hazards, which means that Pelipper would appreciate hazard removal from a teammate like Corviknight or Giratina. Pelipper also appreciates having Ground-types like Landorus or Great Tusk that can switch into Electric-type moves, which Pelipper fears greatly.

Pelipper plays the a very important role as the best rain setter in the entire tier, as this allows it to activate many strong threats without wasting a movepool slot. (this sentence is very hard to read. "Pelipper is the premier rain setter in Ubers UU because of [X,Y,Z]" or something along those lines would be better. Also, "without wasting the movepool slot" is mostly dex info, and shouldn't be included(plus, it wouldn't be "movepool slot" it would be "move slot"). U-Turn is main reason why you use Pelipper over Politoed, as it (you don't need to mention politoed. allows it to safely pivot. (Mention what U-Turn allows you to pivot into, like Palkia-O and Barraskewda) It also has a reliable healing move in Roost, which can help Pelipper keep coming in the battlefield(expand on this, like how roost allows it to offset rocks chip). A Rain-boosted Surf and a never missing Hurricane allows Pelipper to have some offensive presence. Tera Ground allows Pelipper to have an immunity to Electric and resistance to Rock, its two only weaknesses. It's EVs are designed to maximize Pelipper's Physical bulk, and it also serves as a means to make Pelipper slower, making its U-Turn safer. (you don't need to explain 252, 252. Replace with a sentence exclusively about why it has 0 speed) Damp Rock is by far the best item for Pelipper, as it extends the time Rain is up. (this is dex info, doesnt need to be here, and is covered later in the analysis)The best teammates that benefit from Pelipper are any Rain wallbreakers, like Palkia-Origin, Palafin and Barraskewda. (this one is personal preference, so feel free not to include it, but wouldn't "Rain Wallbreakers like Palkia-O, Palafin, and Barraskewda" read a bit better?)The fact that Damp Rock is a mandatory item on Pelipper means it can't run Boots to stop any hazard damage. This means that Pelipper would appreciate a hazard removal Pokemon on its team, like Corviknight or Excadrill, (Exca doesn't fir super well on rain, maybe Giratina or smthn instead)who also both benefit from Rain weakening their Fire weakness.(its not like it improves their mus, into those fires, since Chi-Yu and Ogerpon can still easily break through Exca and Corv)

[SET COMMENTS]

Pelipper is the premier only (Politoed does not exist) rain setter in Ubers UU because of the many tools at its arsenal. (Talk about its decent Bulk, good defensive typing, and its utility options instead, this sounds pretty lacking). U-Turn allows it Pelipper to safely pivot into against threats like Palkia-Origin (into what?). Roost, can help Pelipper keep coming in the battlefield, as Roost allows it to offset Stealth Rock chip. (self explanitory) A Surf Boosted by Rain rain-boosted Surf and a never missing Hurricane allows Pelipper to have some offensive presence. Tera Ground allows Pelipper to have an immunity to Electric and resistance to Rock, its two only weaknesses (mention how it also gives it a stealth rock resistance so it can switch in more safely.). Pelipper's 0 Speed IVs is designed to make its U-Turn slow as possible so its pivoting is safe as possible. (Mention how Pelipper is the backbone of Rain teams and is worthless outside of them.) The best teammates Mandatory teammates that benefit from Pelipper are any Rain Wallbreakers, such as Palkia-Origin, Palafin and Barraskewda. The fact that Damp Rock is a mandatory item on Pelipper means it can't run Boots to remove any hazards. This means that Pelipper would appreciate a hazard removal on its team, like Corviknight or Giratina. (combine these 2 sentences together)
(Mention Ground-types like Lando or Tusky who can switch into Electic-type attacks that Pelipper fears.)

Mandatory Valuable (mandatory is used in the next sentence so changing this so it isn't repetitive - could use a different word if you'd like) teammates that benefit from Pelipper are Rain rain Wallbreakers, such as Palkia-O, Palafin, (ac) and Barraskewda. The fact that Damp Rock is a mandatory item on Pelipper means it can't run Heavy-Duty Boots to remove any hazards, which means that Pelipper it would appreciate a hazard removal an entry hazard remover on its team, like Corviknight or Giratina, (ac) rather than removing them itself. Pelipper would also appreciate also appreciates having Ground-types like Landorus or Great Tusk, who can switch into Electric-type moves which Pelipper fear fears greatly.
