[SET COMMENTS]
Raging Bolt is one of OU's fiercest offensive OU threats thanks to good bulk, a great Special Attack stat, and fantastic priority in Thunderclap allowing it to act both as a wallbreaker and sweeper while additionally threatening potent revenge killers. Raging Bolt threatens common metagame walls such as Skarmory, Dondozo, and Toxapex with its Electric-type STAB. Calm Mind allows Raging Bolt to gain a boost against walls like Heatran and Ting-Lu while also avoiding being OHKOed from threats like Kyurem, Iron Valiant, and Enamorus. Thunderclap lets Raging Bolt threaten Pokemon like Hisuian Samurott, Enamorus, and Iron Valiant. Dragon Pulse is preferred due to its higher PP and lack of a drawback, although Draco Meteor can be used for immediate breaking power and the ability to OHKO neutral threats such as Zamazenta and Rillaboom. Weather Ball can be used over Thunderbolt if Raging Bolt is used on a weather team, but it has to forgo reliable Electric-type STAB move. In rain, Weather Ball allows Raging Bolt to threaten Ground-types like Gliscor and Great Tusk, while under sun, Raging Bolt can hit Fire-types that resist its Dragon-type STAB move. The given EV spread is used to live Great Tusk's Headlong Rush, as well as outspeeding Gliscor. Leftovers is preferred for longevity, but Booster Energy in conjunction with Protosynthesis can be used to threaten unboosted Gouging Fire and Dragonite. Tera Fairy is recommended to flip matchups on Dragon-type threats such as the aforementioned Gouging Fire and Dragonite, as well as Walking Wake and Dragapult, by evading their super effective Dragon-type attacks. Tera Flying is the final option, providing Raging Bolt an immunity to Ground-type attacks from Excadrill, Gliscor, and Ting-Lu.

Raging Bolt fits well on rain, sun, hyper and bulky offense teams due to hits good bulk and Special Attack, so weather setters such as Torkoal and Pelipper are ideal. Raging Bolt is also a good partner for physical wallbreakers like Iron Boulder and Gouging Fire, as they both enjoy Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Dondozo, while Rillaboom and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Skarmory and Corviknight. Raging Bolt is threatened by faster Ground-types like Excadrill, Landorus-T, and Great Tusk due to being unable to hit them with Thunderclap. Therefore, Rillaboom is a great teammate, as it provides another form of speed control in Grassy Glide as well as Grassy Terrain recovery, which also halves the damage of Earthquake. On weather teams however, there are a multitude of ways to deal with the aforementioned Ground-types. On sun teams, Torkoal and Walking Wake are beneficial, while on rain teams, Barraskweda and Pelipper are good teammates. Walking Wake, Barraskewda, and Pelipper deal with Ground-types, while Torkoal helps Raging Bolt activate Protosynthesis. Raging Bolt also has a poor Speed tier, so speed control options such as Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and Weavile are good teammates, threatening Raging Bolt's common Dragon-type checks like Dragapult and Kyurem. Raging Bolt also fears entry hazards, as they can break down its defensive profile, especially if it forgoes Leftovers. Therefore, hazard control from Pokemon such as Great Tusk, Hatterene, and Corviknight is appreciated.

Thanks to good bulk, priority in Thunderclap, and a great Special Attack stat, Raging Bolt is a fearsome wallbreaker, (reads a little awkwardly and runs on a tad too long, could be restructured as "Raging Bolt is one of OU's fiercest offensive OU threats thanks to good bulk, a great Special Attack stat, and fantastic priority in Thunderclap allowing it to act both as a wallbreaker and sweeper while additionally threatening potent revenge killers." with the sentence ending there). Raging Bolt threatens common metagame walls such as Skarmory, Dondozo, and Toxapex (why does it threaten these three?). Calm Mind allows Raging Bolt to avoid the OHKO against threats like Kyurem, Iron Valiant, and Enamorus. Thunderclap gives Raging Bolt a form of speed control against Pokemon like Hisuian Samurott, Enamorus (One or two more examples would work well here, as just two is underselling how much of Raging Bolt's niche comes from Thunderclap, maybe mention something like Booster Energy Iron Valiant?). Dragon Pulse is preferred due to its higher PP and lack of a drawback, although Draco Meteor can be used for immediate breaking power and the ability to OHKO neutral threats such as Deoxys-S and Rillaboom. Leftovers is preferred for longevity, however Booster Energy in conjunction with Protosynthesis can be used to outspeed and threaten unboosted Gouging Fire and Dragonite. Inversely, you could run Dragon Pulse together with Leftovers to focus on Raging Bolt's inherent longevity or Draco Meteor with Booster Energy to extend longevity and Draco Meteor with Booster Energy to immediately threaten switch-ins that prefer two turns on Raging Bolt instead of just one such as Darkrai, Iron Boulder, and even opposing Raging Bolt. Tera Fairy is recommended to flip matchups on Dragon-type threats such as the aforementioned Gouging Fire and Dragonite, as well as Walking Wake and Dragapult (How does it flip these matchups?). Tera Water is an alternative against Pokemon like Kyurem, Great Tusk, and Gliscor. (Tera Flying is another common option that could be worth mentioning here).

Raging Bolt fits well on balance, bulky offense and hyper offense teams, due to hits good bulk and high Special Attack, so physical wallbreakers like Rillaboom, Iron Boulder, Gouging Fire, and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's sheer power. (Why do Rillaboom and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's sheer power, what opportunities does Raging Bolt's power open up for these Pokemon? You explained Iron Boulder and Gouging Fire in the next sentence, but not Rillaboom or Meowscarada) Iron Boulder and Gouging Fire in particular both enjoy Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Dondozo, one of their biggest counters. In return, they break down special walls that Raging Bolt might be unable to break through. Raging Bolt without Tera Water + Tera Blast is walled by faster threats like Excadrill, Landorus-T, and Great Tusk, due to being unable to hit them with Thunderclap. Therefore, checks such as Skarmory, Gliscor, and Rillaboom are appreciated due to their longevity and propensity to punish physical attackers. Rillaboom also provides another form of speed control in Grassy Glide (it's also worth mentioning here how Raging Bolt appreciates the passive recovery of Grassy Terrain along with super effective Earthquake's power being halved), making these two a good pair. Raging Bolt also has a poor speed tier without Booster Energy, so speed control such as Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and Weavile are good teammates (why these three teammates in particular?). Raging Bolt also fears entry hazards, as they can break down its defensive profile, especially if it forgoes Leftovers. Therefore, entry hazard control from Pokemon such as Great Tusk, Hatterene, and Corviknight is appreciated.

Great post foundation so far, here are some corrections to apply to your post. Let me know if you need help with anything!

Raging Bolt threatens common metagame walls such as Skarmory, Dondozo, and Toxapex with its Electric-type STAB. Calm Mind allows Raging Bolt to avoid the OHKO against threats like Kyurem, Iron Valiant, and Enamorus. (This implies you are using Calm Mind for the defensive utility and not the offensive boost or both; try restructuring the sentence so it includes a small mention about both) Thunderclap gives Raging Bolt a form of speed control against Pokemon like (something like "lets is threathen faster foes such as..." could work better) Hisuian Samurott, Enamorus, and Iron Valiant. Dragon Pulse is preferred due to its higher PP and lack of a drawback, although Draco Meteor can be used for immediate breaking power and the ability to OHKO neutral threats such as Deoxys-S Zamazenta (lets try this cause its a more common interaction and Deoxys-S may opt for Focus Sash) and Rillaboom. (Here goes an explanation of how Weather Ball can be used in Rain and Sun) The given EV spread is used to live Great Tusk's Headlong Rush, as well as outspeeding Gliscor. Leftovers is preferred for longevity, however Booster Energy in conjunction with Protosynthesis can be used to outspeed and (You still get a SpA boost not a Speed one) threaten unboosted Gouging Fire and Dragonite. (This reads really weirdly and I am not sure its necessary. None of the Pokemon you listed below are switch ins for example. I would personally remove this part) Tera Fairy is recommended to flip matchups on Dragon-type threats such as the aforementioned Gouging Fire and Dragonite, as well as Walking Wake and Dragapult, by evading their super-effective Dragon-type attacks. Tera Water is an alternative against Pokemon like Kyurem, Great Tusk, and Weavile. (Removing cause we removed Tera Water) Tera Flying is the final option, providing Raging Bolt an immunity to Ground-type attacks from Excadrill, Gliscor, and Ting-Lu.

Raging Bolt fits well on balance (Not Balance. Instead you can include Sun and Rain teams and mention the respective partners) and bulky offense teams, due to hits good bulk and high Special Attack, so physical wallbreakers like Rillaboom, Iron Boulder, Gouging Fire, and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's sheer power. (If you could combine this with the next couple of sentences that would be great. Cause by itself its not clear why physical wallbreakers appreciate Bolt) Iron Boulder and Gouging Fire in particular both enjoy Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Dondozo, one of their biggest counters. In return, they break down special walls that Raging Bolt might be unable to break through. Rillaboom and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Skarmory and Corviknight, two of their biggest counters. Raging Bolt without Tera Water + Tera Blast is walled by faster Ground-types like Excadrill, Landorus-T, and Great Tusk, due to being unable to hit them with Thunderclap. (You are not really walled, they dont really want to switch into Draco Meteor, especially the latter 2. Maybe just say they "threaten" Raging Bolt for the reasons you mentioned, no need to include the Tera part) Therefore, Grass- and Flying-types such as Corviknight, Gliscor, and Rillaboom are appreciated. Rillaboom also provides another form of speed control in Grassy Glide, along with Grassy Terrain recovery, and halving the damage of Earthquake, making these two a good pair. (Just Rillaboom works fine. The other 2 arent very common partners to Bolt. Reworking these sentences to include only with Rillaboom would be nice) Raging Bolt also has a poor speed tier without Booster Energy, (remember this is proto SpA not proto Speed) so speed control such as Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and Weavile are good teammates, threatening Raging Bolt's common Dragon-type checks like Dragapult and Kyurem. Raging Bolt also fears entry hazards, as they can break down its defensive profile, especially if it forgoes Leftovers. Therefore, entry hazard control from Pokemon such as Great Tusk, Hatterene, and Corviknight are appreciated.

Remember to include Rain and Sun partners here on the second paragraph. You can mention Barraskewda and Pelipper on the rain part and how they threaten the Ground-types you mentioned. For the Sun part you can mention Torkoal and Walking Wake, the latter of which threatens Ground-types.

Raging Bolt threatens common metagame walls such as Skarmory, Dondozo, and Toxapex with its Electric-type STAB. Calm Mind allows Raging Bolt to avoid the OHKO against threats like Kyurem, Iron Valiant, and Enamorus, while also giving Raging Bolt a boost against walls like Ting-Lu and Heatran. (Try to restructure this to give more emphasis to the Special Attack boost rather than the SpDef one. Remember tthe +1 SpA is the impotant part, while the +1SpD is a secondary nice bonus) Thunderclap lets Raging Bolt threaten Pokemon like Hisuian Samurott, Enamorus, and Iron Valiant. Dragon Pulse is preferred due to its higher PP and lack of a drawback, although Draco Meteor can be used for immediate breaking power and the ability to OHKO neutral threats such as Zamazenta and Rillaboom. Weather Ball can be used over Thunderbolt is Raging Bolt is used on a weather team, but forgoes reliable Electric-type STAB. (Here you can/should mention what each weather ball hits. For example in Rain you hit the Ground-types that can give you trouble such as...) The given EV spread is used to live Great Tusk's Headlong Rush, as well as outspeeding Gliscor. Leftovers is preferred for longevity, however Booster Energy in conjunction with Protosynthesis can be used to threaten unboosted Gouging Fire and Dragonite. Tera Fairy is recommended to flip matchups on Dragon-type threats such as the aforementioned Gouging Fire and Dragonite, as well as Walking Wake and Dragapult, by evading their super-effective Dragon-type attacks. Tera Flying is the final option, providing Raging Bolt an immunity to Ground-type attacks from Excadrill, Gliscor, and Ting-Lu.

Raging Bolt fits well on weather and bulky offense teams (lets do Rain and Sun instead of Weather. You can also add hyper offense), due to hits good bulk and high Special Attack, so weather setters such as Torkoal, Pelliper, and Ninetales-Alola and Pelipper are ideal. Raging Bolt is also a good partner for physical wallbreakers like Iron Boulder and Gouging Fire as they both enjoy Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Dondozo, while Rillaboom and Meowscarada appreciate Raging Bolt's ability to threaten Skarmory and Corviknight. Raging Bolt is threatened by faster Ground-types like Excadrill, Landorus-T, and Great Tusk, due to being unable to hit them with Thunderclap. Therefore, Rillaboom is a great teammate, as it provides another form of speed control in Grassy Glide, Grassy Terrain recovery, and halves the damage of Earthquake. On weather teams however, there are a multitude of ways to deal with them. On Sun teams, Torkoal and Walking Wake are beneficial, on Rain, Barraskweda and Pelliper are good teammates (Remember to not only say they are beneficial, but also explain why. Remember Walking Wake, Pelipper and Barraskewda can help threaten Ground-types. Torkoal's Drought also helps Bolt activating its Protosynthesis), while on Snow, Ninetales-Alola and Kyurem work. Ninetales-Alola also has the bonus of setting up Screens for Raging Bolt, helping it setup easier. Raging Bolt also has a poor speed tier, so speed control such as Darkrai, Iron Valiant, and Weavile are good teammates, threatening Raging Bolt's common Dragon-type checks like . Raging Bolt also fears entry hazards, as they can break down its defensive profile, especially if it forgoes Leftovers. Therefore, entry hazard control from Pokemon such as Great Tusk, Hatterene, and Corviknight Iron Treads (more common partner) are appreciated.
