Hisuian Decidueye is a rising star in PU thanks to a strong and unique combination of traits, like its strong Attack stat and Scrappy to deny Intimidate and Ghost-types as counterplay. Triple Arrows is its claim to fame, being a strong STAB move with 100% accuracy and has a plethora of secondary effects that let it brute force past its switch-ins like Bellibolt and Florges, making it risky to switch into. Close Combat is chosen over other coverage options for its ability to consistently 2HKO Rotom-H. A Choice Scarf ensures Hisuian Decidueye outspeeds a majority of the unboosted tier. Despite being fast, it is not reliable speed control and struggles with faster Pokemon like Ambipom and Salazzle, so switch-ins to them like Mudsdale and Goodra are appreciated. Hisuian Decidueye also pairs well with Rhydon and Golurk, as they are able to take advantage of the Pokemon it forces in like Galarian Articuno and Uxie, and it can pivot them in with U-turn. Faster Fighting-resistant Pokemon like Whimsicott and Choice Scarf Florges can force it out, so it appreciates having switch-ins to these like Dudunsparce and Frosmoth.

Close Combat is chosen over other coverage options for its ability to consistently 2HKO Rotom-H. Scrappy lets it hits Ghost-types like Houndstone while ignoring the common Intimidate from Arcanine and Paldean Tauros-F. (see above) A Choice Scarf ensure it outspeeds a majority of the unboosted tier. Despite being fast, it's not reliable speed control and struggles with faster Pokemon like Ambipom and Salazzle, so switchins to them like Mudsdale and Goodra are appreciated. Hisuian Decidueye also pairs well with Rhydon and Golurk, as they are able to take advantage of the Pokemon it forces in (such as?) and can U-turn them in. (Overall the content is good, but it needs some expansion. You could mention how Decidueye-H is so good because Triple Arrows is extremely difficult to switch in to or how it likes having stuff to check its offensive counterplay like Galarcuno and Whims and whatever)
