Dusknoir @ Assault Vest
Ability: Frisk
EVs: 212 HP / 252 Atk / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poltergeist
- Earthquake
- Shadow Sneak
- Power-Up Punch / Ice Punch

Dusknoir gaining a quality STAB move in Poltergeist via DLC was huge, as it now works as a potent Assault Vest user in PU thanks to it and having solid bulk. It comfortably switches into special attackers like Mr. Rime, Golduck, and Manectric. Earthquake lets Dusknoir hit Stunfisk, Mareanie, and bulky Steel-types harder. Power-Up Punch allows it to pressure more passive Pokemon that would wall it such as Wigglytuff and Type: Null or clean with Shadow Sneak thanks to the Attack boosts. Ice Punch can hit Unfezant, Appletun, and Ground-types better. Dusknoir tanking special hits makes it fit on bulky offense or balance teams as a special attack sponge. It can spinblock, form a defensive core with Stunfisk, Mareanie, or Sandslash, and pressure the opponent's team well thanks to their entry hazards. Worn down throughout a match, Dusknoir pairs well with Healing Wish users like Lilligant and Mr. Rime. In return, Dusknoir wears down Steel-types, pressures special walls, and can switch into threats that force them out.

The new Poltergeist (put more emphasis on this - explain how the dlc bringing poltergeist was a godsend for it, as it finally got a good stab move) and solid bulk make Dusknoir a potent Assault Vest user in PU. The provided EVs allow Dusknoir the most power and bulk while outspeeding uninvested base 50s like Mawile. With Assault Vest, Dusknoir can comfortably switch into special attackers like Mr. Rime, Golduck, and Manectric. (just explain what the set does w/o mentioning av) Earthquake lets Dusknoir hit bulky Steel-types like Mawile and Klinklang harder as well as Stunfisk. Shadow Sneak lets Dusknoir pick off offensive threats. Power-Up Punch allows Dusknoir to pressure more passive pokemon that otherwise wall it such as Wigglytuff or Type: Null and possibly clean with Shadow Sneak. (talk abt pup first) Ice Punch can hit Unfezant, Appletun, and Ground-types for more damage. Dusknoir tanking (special) hits with ease makes it fit easily on bulky offense or balance teams as a special attack sponge. Getting worn down throughout the match, Dusknoir pairs well with Healing Wish support such as Lilligant or Mr. Rime. (while they appreciate dusk doing x and y) Stunfisk, Mareanie, or Sandslash can all take physical attacks for Dusknoir. (mention how they form a solid defensive core)(it can spinblock for them too)

add a mention of dark and ghost checks somewhere, unfez would be a good one as it also defogs hazards away
mention some wallbreakers / sweepers that appreciate dusk switching into threats that rk them. u could expand on the point abt hwish and include some other stuff
