What is the bug?
In the Random Battles Shared POWER B12P6 format, if a Pokemon that has Protean (from a previous partner) uses Curse, it will lose 50% HP and Curse itself

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Go to this format, and select a Libero mon (if you get it) and a Pokemon with Curse (if you get it). Activate the Libero and then use Curse on the mon that has it, and the bug should activate.
 
This is not a glitch, but rather how the interaction between Curse and Protean works on cartridge. Protean activates after the targeting of moves is set (non-Ghost curse targets the user), but before the move is actually used, resulting in a Ghost-type Curse that targets the user.
