I'm not sure how lengthy you want these spotlights to be but Spectrier and Iron Crown have specific sequences depending on their set that it would be erroneous to kind of just recommend 1 move to use. This probably covers it enough though.

(For ex against SpA boost Iron Crown you prob j want to raw Icy Wind then you will prob be in torrent to hydro if they Tachyon T1 or lock them into CM as you slowly whittle them down with Hydro Cannon and Encore, and against no boost you want to either see like encore into CM or something).
