This subforum is dedicated to writing Smogon analyses and not the place to ask for thoughts or advice on Pokemon sets. For future reference, I recommend asking questions like this in PU's Pokemon Showdown room or Discord server. That said, Wugtrio is pretty terrible in the current PU metagame, though its best bet would be a Choice Band set with Triple Dive, Aqua Jet, Stomping Tantrum, and either Throat Chop or Sucker Punch. A set like that makes up for its mediocre Attack stat and doesn't force it to rely on Agility for speed.
