Possible Cheater in Pokemon Showdown?

He outsped pretty much all my pokemon with a slurpuff, including my jolly scarf terrakion. He may have used unburden, but even then, it would be unable to outspeed most of my pokemon. Please contact me if theres something I'm not noticing.
