Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness

Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, I wasn't sure if it would go here or in Internet Renaissance.

I have a Nintendo Wii and a Nintendo DS w/ Diamond. However, if I get XD and Colosseum and play them on the Wii (with a memory card of course), after following the requirements, will I be able to get those Pokemon onto my Diamond? Or will I be required to have R/S/E/Fr/Lg for the transferring?

Also, do EV's count in these two games?

you need a GameCube/GBA cable to transfer in those games so you'll need a GBA and a GBA pokemon game.

yes, EVs are in those games.
