Please recommend "Epic Choral Symphony"-esque songs, like One-Winged Angel.

My guilty pleasure is undeniably listening to this particular genre ... epic choral symphony-esque music. This generally specifies epic and climatic music, most notably with an enormous chorus and full instrumentation. Some examples are Duel of the Fates by John Williams, One-Winged Angel by Nobuo Uematsu, O Fortuna by Carl Orf, and such. It just needs that quality to it. Other examples would be Liberi Fatali by Nobuo Uematsu, or even some of the ending songs in the Kingdom Hearts titles. Or, perhaps Divinity I and Divinity II on the Advent Children soundtrack. How about Neodammurung, the final battle scene between Neo and Smith in The Matrix Revolutions. I think that song pretty much captures everything for which I am looking. Even songs like The Stampede from The Lion King musical qualify. I think you know what I mean by now.

Tchaikovsky's 1812 with the Chorus at the beginning is pretty cool.

There is also Schubert's Mass in G, which can actually be extended to the majority classical piece with Requiem or Mass in the title, and you should look up Osvaldo Golijov because he does quite a bit with chorus parts although I've only heard La Pasión según San Marcos.
 
Dvorak - Symphony #9 in E minor/From the New World (I think it's also called Allegro con fuoco). One of my favourite of the genre. You can't get much more epic and climatic than this.
 
At the top of my head, I'll list a few albums

Vangelis - Mythodea (Highly recommended)
Vangelis - El Greco (not as epic)
E.S Postumus - Unearthed (especially Ebla and Tikal)
Carl Orf's Carmina Burana (not just O Fortuna)

It's hard to find epic chants. Most nowadays are just huge crossovers, like Gregorian (the band) who sing songs like Boulevard of Broken Dreams in gregorian.

Individually, some of the tracks in Myst III's soundtrack are also epic, especially the first two (Main Theme and Opening titles) and the last eight or so. You should try checking it out too.
