is this it? No set comments? You have the set labeled as rain, but don't say anything about rain, or really, anything at all
 
err...read this please. All Pokemon that are getting OU analyses have already been reserved, so try a new tier if you want to contribute. Plus, there are some problems with the set you posted, but I don't think be appropriate to address them since this is incomplete and doesn't belong to you. A mod will most likely lock/delete this so don't worry (or possible move to trou lol)

This is a moveset only for rain teams. With the Rain casued by Drizzle of Politoed or a simple Rain Dance he can recover 3/16 of HP each turn. Spore it's the first move you have to use, so you can use Swords Dance to raise your Atk. X-Scissor it's the Best Offensive move of Parasect, but you can use also Seed Bomb. For the Four move you have many possibilities of moves: Aromatherapy, Substitute and Protect are the best move I think. Protect let you Recover HP with Ability and Leftovers. Aromatherapy it's good for healing your team from poisoning or sleeping, and Sub it's very good after Spore.

Also, don't add on the leftover 2 evs just leave it at the significant numbers. 228 HP instead of 230 HP.

I do agree that this thread isn't exactly par, but play nice. No need to add insult to injury.
