Paralysis team - please rate!

This team relies on abusing of paralysis. It's the first team I made. And also, though it's OU because I have certain OU pokemon in here, I tried mixing things up and adding some not so used pokemon into the mix.

Miltank @ Leftovers - Mixed wall
Ability: Thick Fat
Nature: Calm (+Sp Def, -Sp. Atk)
Ev spread: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Defense 4 Defense.
Moves:
Thunder wave (spread the paralysis)
Heal Bell (support),
Milk Drink (necessary for a wall),
Seismic Toss (good because hits everything equally except for ghosts and it's the move that will take the most damage since I don't have attack investment)

I try to bring in Miltank as much as possible to get the thunder wave going. If the opponent starts to predict and switch out to a certain Pokemon who can't be thunder waved or is already paralyzed, I can try to predict that and switch myself into the best counter. It's a win/win situation.
I could switch Miltank for Blissey or Cleifairy, but Blissey has terrible speed and defense when compared to Miltank and Clefairy doesn't get Seismic Toss, forcing me to use Moonblast and making this set very unreliable.

Emolga @ Focus Sash - set up and Baton Pass
Ability: Motor Drive
Nature: Modest (I'll be getting speed boosts so I don't need any more speed) (+Sp Atk, -Atk)
EV spread: 252 Sp. Attack, 252 Sp. Defense, 4 hp.
Moves:
Agility (increases both speed and Electro Ball's power),
Baton Pass (give speed boosts to Marowak),
Encore (can help set up),
Electro Ball (works well if you have speed boosts or if the other Pokemon is paralyzed)
Electro Ball has 75% of chance to OHKO Vaporeon after 1 layer of spikes if you're at +4 or if the Vaporeon is paralyzed.
Electro Ball at +2 speed is a guaranteed OHKO at Alomomola.
Electro Ball at +2 speed is a guaranted OHKO at Azumarill.
Electro Ball at +2 speed is a guaranteed OHKO at Skarmory.
Electro Ball has 100% chance to 2HKO Jellicent if you're at +4 or the Jellicent is paralyzed.
Emolga at early game is good to pass speed boosts to Marowak. You can pass +4 speed to him if you switch in on a ground/electric/status move with Emolga. You then either Encore if you think the opponent is staying in (and you outspeed this certain opponent) or go straight for the Agility if you think the opponent is switching. You then Agility again as the opponent brings you down to your sash and proceed to Baton Pass straight to Marowak. You have to be smart not to waist your only chance with the focus sash, though.
On late game, if your opponent has no good switch-ins, Emolga can be a sweeper herself.

Skarmory @ Red Card - Physical Tank with spikes
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish (+Def, -Sp Atk)
Ev spread: 224 HP, 252 Def, 34 Sp. Def.
Moves:
Roost (necessary for a tank),
Spikes, Brave Bird (best STAB), Whilrwind (useful when predicting switches or to stop set ups)

This is the usual Skarmory set, no need to say anything else about it. It's useful on my team because Miltank can cause many switches if you're avoiding getting your Pokemon all paralyzed. Also, Red Card can stop sweeps. Since Miltank is specially defensive, it's useful having a physical wall in the team.

Starmie @ Life Orb - Rapid Spin and specially offensive
Ability: Analytic
Nature: Timid (+Speed, -Atk)
Ev spread: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 Hp
Moves: Rapid Spin, Ice beam, Surf, Thunderbolt.

This is the usual Starmie set, no need to say anything else. I use it to rapid spin if necessary (like if I don't want stealth rocks to break Emolga's Focus Sash and to balance out my team when it comes to special attacking vs physical attacking, since my only other special attacker is Emolga.

Marowak @Thick Club - Physically offensive sweeper
Ability: Rock Head
Held Item: Thick Club
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -Sp Atk)
Ev spread: 252 Atk, 44 speed (outspeed uninvested base 50 speed Pokemon like Azumarill and outspeed Greninja when at +4)
Moves: Bonemerang, Stone Edge, Double Edge, Play Rough.

I use Marowak to sweep after being at at least +4 or when a good part of the opponent's team is paralyzed. I am considering changing one of these moves for Substitute, but I'm not sure if any of them is actually worth replacing. And Substitute is pretty useless without a way to recover HP.

Arbok @ Black Sludge - Coil Set up - I'm considering switching him for Toxicroak
Ability - Intimidate
Held Item - Black Sludge
Nature - Adamant (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
Ev spread: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 HP
Moves: Coil, Sucker Punch, Gunk Shot, Earthquake.

Really, Toxicroak can do Arbok's job much better with Swords Dance while also absorbing Toxic Spikes, which is the main reason why I want a poison type in my team. Starmie has no way to recover hp, and with the Life Orb damage, Starmie can't afford getting poisoned to Rapid Spin, since bringing in Miltank just to use Heal Bell can be a pain in the butt.

Pokemon who use parafusion and Pokemon who use paraflinch should be useful in this team, but I don't know who could be replaced.

I would love to see some replays of your team because it looks interesting and I have no idea if it works. You say that you want Arbok/Toxicroak just for Toxic Spikes. Toxic Spikes should be a no issue, and using a team slot just for them is a waste. 99% of teams don't use them anymore because they are just so easy to get rid of. If you think that a paraflinch pokemon would be useful, switch out Arbok for either Togekiss or Jirachi.

Thanks, I think I'll replace arbok for togekiss. Though that will make 3 flying types in my team. Maybe Jirachi would be better, but getting a Jirachi would be hard.
My best replay with this team is KANW-WWWW-WWW5-KPSK though that was almost a starmie sweep.

Not necessarily, Emolga is immune to Electric attacks, and Skarmory is neutral to Ice and Rock moves. I would use Togekiss because he can Baton Pass boosts as well as paralyze. Unfortunately, his only boosting moves are Nasty Plot (Useless for Marowak, but interesting for Starmie) and Work Up, which only boosts attack by 1.

That's true. Skarmory can take stone edges, Emolga and marowak can switch in on electric types and Miltank and starmie resist ice. Thank you!

Now I just realized I don't have play rough on marowak. I wanted to have it, but instead I have substitute on it. I don't even think it's possible to have play rough on him.

CandyLander I think that this team could be highly improved if you use:

I'm not sure who you should use it over, but Stunfisk is very very good. It learns moves like Thunder Wave, which is FANTASTIC for a paralyze team, and like ground type and stuff. I think that it should go over Arbok tho. Stunfisk actually has pretty good stats defensively which is what you need it for. YOu should defo use fisk!
