Please make my shiny version red!!

[Pros]

Parting Shot.

Awesome base(d) 130 Attack

Parting Shot.

110/80/80 defenses are not too shaby either.

Slow + bulky Parting Shot can be very good.

STAB combination is only resisted by Fairy-types, Toxicroak, and Heracross.

It has the coverage moves it needs (EQ for the Steel- / Fairy-types and Poison Jab for pure Fairy-types)

Parting Shot is so fucking good.

[Cons]

Kind of mediocre outside of Parting Shot, but holy shit that move is so, so good.

No Pursuit or Close Combat :(

Low base 70 Speed can also be a bad thing (Scarf misses out on beating MegaGengar by one point).

[Set Recommendations]

Pangoro @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Parting Shot
- Sky Uppercut
- Crunch
- Earthquake / Poison Jab

Pangoro @ Choice Band
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Jolly Nature (+Spe, -SpA)
- Parting Shot
- Sky Uppercut
- Crunch
- Earthquake / Poison Jab

Speed for min Togekiss, might want more if there's some thing in the 81-90 range that uses min and you can beat, but you really want to keep as much bulk as you can for that slow, bulky Parting Shot.

[Checks and Counters]

Depending on its coverage, certain Fairy-types can switch in with impunity, but to be completely honest, this thing is probably just going to spam Parting Shot 90% of the time, so you're going to be in a shitty position regardless.

Will get the rest of this up later.

Be careful, the base stats you've listed for Pangoro are completely wrong. 110/130/80/80/80/70 puts it at 550 BST, which is practically unheard of for a 2-stage Pokemon. It's also been factually proven that Pangoro's Attack stat can only reach 128, at most.

That's why I'm inclined to believe Serebii's base stat approximations. As of now, they've been completely right so far.

So according to Serebii, Pangoro's base stats are:

95 Hp |124 Atk | 78 Def | 69 SpA | 71 SpD | 58 Spe

Make sure you change the preview to reflect those stat changes.
