[OVERVIEW]
As time went on, this electric rodent continued to gain fame as more people saw how amazing it can be. One may wonder why it isn't in a higher tier, because it clearly is good at what it does and can threaten opponents to dropped jaws in amazement at how it can takes so many hits and continue to keep on coming back for more. Huh? You thought I was talking about Pikachu? What's wrong with you, this isn't the anime. It's all about the lovable Generation IV rodent known as Pachirisu, which rose to fame by helping Se Jun Park win the 2014 VGC World Championships in the Masters Division. However, while it may play a role in doubles, singles is another story, and with terrible offenses, Pachirisu has to hope that being cute will be enough for it to last.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========
As if it weren't adorable enough, Pachirisu has access to Nuzzle&mdash because nothing says "threatening" like having a electric squirrel rub against your cheeks and leave you immobile. And if it ever feels frightened, it could always U-turn out to something that can beat up the scary Ground-types that want to hurt it. However, Pachirisu can get vicious if it wants to, and with the combination of Toxic + Super Fang, it can do just that.
Set Details
========
Maximum HP and Defense investment increases Pachirisu's bulk to take physical hits better. Leftovers is the preferred item, as Pachirisu has no reliable form of recovery, and it does look cute when its munching away at an apple. Volt Absorb gives Pachirisu recovery when it is hit by an Electric-type attack and is preferred over its other abilities.
Usage Tips
========
Other than being a cute bundle of sheer annoyance, Pachirisu's main objective is to spread status around with Nuzzle and Toxic. If a predicted Electric-type attack is imminent, feel free to switch the squirrel in and watch your opponent's dismay as their attempts to hurt Pachirisu get denied.
Team Options
========
If you're building with Pachirisu, keep in mind two things: 1. that it needs Water- and Grass-types such as Simipour and Tangela to take care of opposing Ground-types and 2. you're better off going with a better Electric-type. If you insist on using this for whatever reason other than cuteness, wallbreakers that appreciate faster threats slowed down by Nuzzle, such as Ursaring and Stoutland, make for good partners.
[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
If you want to maximize Pachirisu's cuteness, you could opt for moves such as Growl, Sweet Kiss, Flatter, Charm, and Fake Tears, as any opponent would feel bad for attacking such a adorable creature. If Rock- and Ground-types want to get up in Pachirisu's face, Grass Knot will make them think twice before doing that because while it's one thing to attack something this adorable, it's another to piss it off. If you want to show Raichu and Zebstrika who's the superior Electric-type in the tier, a specially defensive spread with a Calm nature allows Pachirisu to do just that. If you want your squirrel to be cute and cool at the same time, Assault Vest will do the trick.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Ground-types**: Piloswine, Torterra, and other Ground-types don't care how cute Pachirisu is, because one Earthquake is all it takes for the electric squirrel to go down.
**Fully Evolved Pokemon**: Take your pick. Ursaring, Stoutland, Rapidash. All can 2HKO Pachirisu with their moves, but they do fear paralysis or being inflicted with rabies, er, I mean Toxic.
