I am always looking for feedback on my team, if you have any questions or comments feel free to post, and I really am look for a good special attacker or special defense wall that will help balance this team.
Rex (Aerodactyl) @ Aerodactylite
Ability: Unnerve
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Ice Fang
- Thunder Fang
- Earthquake
- Sky Drop
This guy is designed to be fast and furious. he can outspeed practically anything that doesn't have priority and has a spread move pool to land super effective attacks against a large majority of pokemon out there. With his Tough Claws in his mega evolution his fangs are bumped up to the power of earthquake essentially.
Florges (F) @ Red Card
Ability: Symbiosis
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 SDef / 252 HP / 252 Def
Bold Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Energy Ball
- Wish
- Moonblast
My healer. He can swap in and kick out a pokemon that is boosting it's stats or just isn't a good match up. With HP and Def EV's maxed, he can take hits and heal the team. He can combat rotom wash with energy ball and with his immunity to dragon types, he can swap in for a free attack.
Liepard @ Eject Button
Ability: Prankster
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 12 Spd / 248 Def / 248 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Thunder Wave
- Toxic/Fake Out
- Sucker Punch
- U-turn
He is always the first to go out. With fake out, I can gauge whether the opponent has leftovers. thunder wave is always for the paralysis, and if he is against a full-on attacker, sucker punch will always hit. Although he is squishy, he has eject button to swap out to Golurk or Aerodactyl and to let them take over the work, and U-turn if he hasn't been hit and he needs to get out of there.
Sweeper (Golurk) @ Assault Vest
Ability: No Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Dynamic Punch
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Shadow Punch
With his immunity to electric types, he is a good swap in from aerodactyl when against an electric type. He will always land a hit, whether dynamic punch or stone edge. With his Atk EV's he is a strong hitter, and with HP EV's and Assault Vest, he will always survive a hit from swap in. When going against CS imposter ditto, he can counter by swapping to blissey since the most viable option is always shadow punch.
Blissey (F) @ Chople Berry
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower
- Counter
- Protect
with protect I can gauge whether my opponent will use a physical attack or a special when attacking. Chople Berry allows blissey to survive the only super effective type against it and counter it. When dealt 30% or more against defense a counter will wipe out any opponent, even mega-aggron. Flamethrower is only on it because I need a counter to ferrethorn and forretress.
Alakazam @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 Def
Bold Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 Def
- Focus Blast
- Psychic
- Calm Mind
- Barrier
Alakazam is my filler. He is not going to be a permanent resident on my team, I have been experimenting with other pokemon such as aegislash and hydreigon but they just don't fit. I don't have too much special attack coverage, so going against a defensive team is tough, and usually does not yield a good outcome. if it can get a resistance to water and ice types that would be great, since those two types are strong against this team.
