OU team "Lol yes that's a Linoone"

This is my team. My teams are usually unorthodox and seem strange when you first look at them, but this has served me pretty well. I haven't lost a single game with it, but I know it's not all that great so I'm looking for any ways to improve it.

Infernape @ Focus Sash
Nature: Hasty
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 64 Atk / 252 SpA / 192 Spe
Fake Out
Stealth Rock
Close Combat
Fire Blast

This is my favorite lead so far, and I'm pretty sure I'm happy with how he is. He can Fake Out any Focus Sash users, Stealth Rock when a lead is going to switch, and Close Combat/Fire Blast both can take out nearly any lead pokemon or put a huge dent into a switch in. Fire Blast + Blaze (Which will be activated when he's knocked down to 1hp with Focus Sash) is great, and his high speed lets him get 2 hits (at least 1) and a stealth rock out. I usually switch him out at 1hp so I can switch him back in for a sacrifice switch or a quick kill against a slower opponent. It should be obvious how it's easier to get switch-ins with this guy when you see the rest of the team.

Claydol @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Def 252 HP 4 Atk (I think?)
Rapid Spin
Gravity
Earthquake
Explosion

A prime example of my strange pokemon usage. I realize Claydol has a much better SpD than Def, but with my other two walls being SpD-based, I need a good physical wall. I benefit greatly from the fighting/psychic/rock resistance and the immunities to both electric and ground attacks. I would like a steel phys wall but the type coverage Claydol has is already pretty nice. I usually send Claydol out second if I can, to Rapid Spin away stealth rock from the opposing team if they managed to get it up, which really helps getting Togekiss and a 1hp Infernape out. If not, I switch in on a resisted/immune attack and set up Gravity if I think they're going to switch. Gravity doesn't seem to be used much, but it works great with Earthquake and there aren't many instances where needing to use it hurts me. Explosion hasn't seen much use, I'm thinking that perhaps taking out Gravity and Explosion and putting in Ice beam and heal block/psych up/toxic might be good. Psych up/heal block aren't very commonly used either, but I'm doing fine with an unused explosion so I don't see why those could be worse. Used to run with Stealth Rock but Infernape gets it out pretty well and usually is kept alive to use it again if needed. I'd like to consider replacing Claydol with Gliscor, but then I'd need a Rapid Spinner. ]:

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD (I believe)
Thunder Wave
Air Slash
Roost
Nasty Plot

Togekiss is great for switching in on any special attacks, getting out a paralysis, roosting back its health, and switching out to someone else (usually Umbreon, maybe Empoleon and rarely Claydol). Togekiss is used for Paralysis support and rarely it will be an offensive threat. I haven't gotten the chance to really use it offensively though. It can beat any flinch-happy Jirachi provided the Jirachi doesn't have Leftovers, and has won a game for me that way. This was originally an Alakazam, but I realized how much more useful Togekiss is >>

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SpD 252 HP 4 (Speed or Def, don't remember, I think Def)
Substitute
Wish
Baton Pass
Yawn

UMBREON! Great pokemon, 394 hp and 394 SpD is amazing. Pure support, switches in on SpA even better than Togekiss, and can Yawn a threat I otherwise couldn't handle or substitute/wish and pass into someone else. Umbreons gets lots of use, even without anything invested into Def Umbreon can take decent physical hits. Umbreon's necessary for getting in any of my sweepers most of the time, and works great with Togekiss. Umbreon's been in all of my teams.

Linoone @ Salac Berry
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Gluttony
EVs: 252 spd 252 atk 4 hp or something
Belly Drum
ExtremeSpeed
Seed Bomb
Last Resort

The idea is to get switched in with a substitute still up or when I know I'll have a free turn, Belly Drum to get +6atk and +25% speed from the Salac, and sweep with ExtremeSpeed and Seed Bomb. Once those are used, I can Last Resort for a 130 STAB move. Linoone is really useful for a stab 80 priority move considering I don't run any priority on any other of my Pokemon. The best is obviously "Lol I beat you with Linoone." I might switch Linoone for Weavile though, Weavile seems like it's all-together better? I do have trouble against Tyranitars (Tyranitar usually kills at least one of my Pokemon, though I can usually get Claydol in there against him with easily predicted Earthquakes)

398.png

Empoleon @ Petaya Berry
Nature: Modest
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SpA 252 SpD 4 in hp I think
Agility
Substitute
Surf
Ice Beam

Standard end-game sweeper, though I can usually come in after two kills and sweep well even then. Get a paralysis in a la Togekiss and switch into Empoleon to agi up and sub to 25%. Empoleon has decent defenses and resistance to switch into a lot of attacks and set up, it's very nice. Empoleon's the other pokemon I've kept in my teams for a very long time. It's kind of the star of the team. I'm very happy with it as an endgame sweeper.

In short, would it be smart to switch Linoone with Weavile and maybe Claydol with Gliscor (though I really need a Rapid Spinner)? Also, I do fairly bad against Gyrados, so if there's any suggestions on how to get a thunderbolt or something put into my team, I'm open ears.
Thank you for taking the time to read/rate this.

why not put flail on that linoone, i feel like it would be more immediately useful than last resort. it's always entertaining when a team gets swept by belly drum - flail in OU.

one other thing, your team appears to have no answer for a Rotom. if you want to keep your lineup, consider putting toxic on one of your stallers?

Linoone typically can't take a hit after belly drumming, so flail doesn't seem like it's the best option.

I haven't encountered a Rotom that's given me trouble, but I'll consider toxic (already said I might give it to Claydol)

Thanks for the feedback!

i think you should change your linoone's move from last resort to shadow claw or something that can hit hard to ghost type pokemon

Swap Fire Blast on Infernape with Overheat, as you likely know, Infernape cannot stick around for long so the SpA drop wont be that much of an issue. Not to mention the accuracy is 5% better.

Definitely give Claydol Toxic or Heal Block, I've had my ass handed to me by some clever Heal Block users.

You already have plenty of Special Walls so you should go ahead and make Togekiss into a Nasty Plot sweeper, yet retain the Thunder Wave. The idea here would be to continue using Togekiss as a Special Wall, all while knowing that it functions as a brilliant sweeper. Try a few matches with this set and if you're not convinced then carry on using it as is (because it maaaaay give you more problems with Rotom...) Speaking of Rotom, I'm basing this on the idea that you're likely hung up on how wonderful Flinch hax feels so I didn't suggest it.

252 HP / 152 SpA / 104 Spe
Modest
~Nasty Plot
~Thunder Wave
~Air Slash
~Roost/Aura Sphere

DO NOT switch to Gliscor, it will open you up Ice Shard decimation.
