Slowbro (M) @ Slowbronite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Slack off
- Psyshock
- Scald

Slowbro is my mega pokemon, calm mind is a good move against stallers and it raises its special defence which is something that slowbro lacks and slack off can be a reliable recovery.Scald is my main STAB move and psyshock is very helpful against chansey and blissey.

Chesnaught (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- Spiky Shield
- Leech Seed
- Drain Punch
- Spikes

Chesnaught and slowbro are a solid defensive core, slowbro resists to fire, ice and psychic while chesnaught provides resistances against dark and electric type moves.Chesnaught is an hazard setter that can also stall pretty well thanks to its moveset.Slowbro and chesnaught toghether can check mega gyarados, mega tyranitar and mega charizard x.

Heatran (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Stealth Rock

I'm using Heatran as an hazard setter which stealth rocks are combined with chesnaught's spikes.
Heatran also works well with leech seed and has good defense synergy with chesnaught as well as slowbro.Heatran is able to 2HKO Mega Sableye which is a big threat to my slowbro.Taunt is helpfull against calm mind clefable that might be hard to take down with Flash Cannon.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 176 Def / 68 SpA / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Defog

I choose zapdos because I needed a good all around defensive pokemon that could support my core.Zapdos is particoularly helpful against chesnaught counters, like togekiss, azumaril and talonflame.
Thunderbolt is my main stab move, while roost provides a good recovery, hidden power ice is great against pokemons like gliscor and landorus that can represent a threat for zapdos and defog, that can be very helpful for cleaning up hazards, which allows dragonite to sweep without getting highly damaged.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 56 SpA / 200 Spe
Naughty Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Fusion Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Iron Head

I've chosen kyurem-b because it works very well with dragonite, in fact it needs another wall/stall breaker to work properly, kyurem-b in particoular is also able to destroy physicall walls like gliscor, slowbro and landorus-t as well as azumaril which is a huge threat for dragonite.Dragon claw is offcourse my main STAB move that is able to 2HKO chansey with stealth rock damage.Fusion bolt has a solid type coverage against pokemons that could stall kyurem-b like mandibuzz, skarmory and suicune.Ice Beam is great against bulky ground walls like landorus t and gliscor, while iron head is able to 2HKO clefable, a pretty big threat to kyurem-b.

Dragonite (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Extreme Speed
- Fire Punch
- Earthquake

Nothing much to say, dragonite is my main physical sweeper.Outrage is an extremely powerful STAB move combined with choice band, extreme speed can be useful against fast pokemons like talonflame, earthquake provides a nice type coverage against heatran and tyranitar and fire punch is used for walls like ferrothorn and skarmory.

Changes:
Sylveon->Kyurem-b
Zapdos Heat Wave->Defog
Heatran Flash Cannon->Taunt

Your descriptions are a little short for the RMT standards, so this might get locked by a mod later. Just a heads up. But you asked for a rate so I'll do my best.

CM Mega Slowbro is a solid win condition, but it doesn't need all those defense EVs due to a naturally high Defense stat. I would shift 176 EVs to Special Defense, as that makes Slowbro harder to take down after a Calm Mind or two. I would get rid of Sylveon for a wallbreaker. Cleric support is nice and all, but Heatran is immune to Toxic and that is the only status threatening to Slowbro really. CB Dragonite is a strong wallbreaker, however it needs another wall / stallbreaker to effectively handle defensive teams. Physically based Kyurem-B with Iron Head might be worth a try. Dragonite's biggest checks are Fairies, Azumarill, bulky Ground types like Landorus-T and Gliscor, and bulky waters like Slowbro; Kyurem-B does a great job breaking those down. I would also add Defog on Zapdos over Heat Wave, because you have Chesnuaght to handle Bisharp. I would also add Taunt to Heatran over Flash Cannon, to stop Calm Mind Clefable. You should also run Regenerator on Slowbro, it is by far its best ability because it provides passive healing.

Thank you for your analysis, but I have a question:why would I use defog on zapdos if I have a stealth rock+spikes team?Also should I turn my zapdos into a specially defensive pokemon?
