Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 Atk / 44 Def / 216 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

I've chosen mega aerodactyl as a sweeper and because it can counter mega charizard pretty well.
Stone Edge and aerial Ace are good stab moves while earthquake can be great against pokemons like magnezone or raikou that are quite hard to face, I've chosen Ice Fang because it can hit hard against pokemons like garchomp and mega altaria.

Ability: Synchronize
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 Atk / 44 Def / 216 Spe
Calm Nature
- Defog
- Soft-Boiled
- Taunt
- Knock Off

I've chosen mew because I needed a support for my team.I've chosen defog because stealth rocks are a pretty big threat for my aerodactyl,also taunt is good for preventing stealth rocks to be used aswell.

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 44 Def / 60 SpA / 148 SpD / 4 Spe
Calm Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect

I've chosen rotom because I need a bulky special attacker on my team.Rotom-w is useful against talonflame and mega pinsir(because of Will-O-Wisp)that are pokemons that aerodactyl can struggle against since he doesn't have any kind of recovery.I decided to use Will-O-Wisp to lower the attack of fighting type pokemons that can cause problems to aerodactyl.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 204 Atk / 52 SpD
Brave Nature
- Power Whip
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Protect

I've chosen ferrothorn because I need a reliable defense against fairy types,a good way to counter rotom-w and it's my main staller.Ferrothorn also has great defense sinergy with aerodactyl.

Ability: Magic Guard
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SpD
Calm Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Flamethrower

Mega-Aerodactyl doesn't really like status moves on him, I've chosen clefable so that it can absorb any status move with magic guard.

Dragalge (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Adaptability
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 200 HP / 252 SpA / 56 Spe
Modest Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Scald

Dragalge is a good stall breaker and sweeper, which allows to mega-aerodactyl to clean up after dragalge has weakened other pokemons.I decided to choose him as a dragon sweeper because it's not totally weak to fairy because of its typing.

I hope that the description that I provided was good enough.
 
Hi, great team you got here, I like how everything has it's place and specific role.

Anyways, the only thing I noticed is that your running protect on Rotom-W. I belive that it would behoove you to replace that with pain split in order to give rotom a bit more longevity while also being able to dish a bit if extra damage at the same time. Also if your going to run pain split your going to want to run leftovers over the situs berry. This will ensure that rotom sticks around for a long time and can continue to be a thorn in your opponents side.

Other than that your team looks good to me.
