Ogerpon-Wellspring Centered Balance Team

Hello! I posted an earlier RMT, and while taking the great advices there, I decided to rework it into a new team. Here are the pokemons, and I do enjoy playing this team, currently climbing in the 1300's. Any advices would surely appreciated!

:sv/ting-lu:
big man (Ting-Lu) @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Poison
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Earthquake
- Ruination
- Whirlwind
- Stealth Rock

This the lead of my team. JustAShroomGod adviced in my old thread that Ting-Lu was the best fit of that old team, and I do feel he fills the niche needed to wall things like Kingambit, Dragapult leads, and even can take a hit or two from Slowking-Galar. I use him as an early hazard set up and a formidable wall in the mid to late game. The tera type is used when I have a set-up Iron Valiant or a Low-Kick Kingambit that can sweep my team. I can either Whirlwind the Iron Valiant away, cancelling a sweep, or just Earthquake him, judging I will try to bring Ting-Lu in the late game after he suffers chip damages, same goes with Kingambit.

Notable calculations :
252 Atk Iron Valiant Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Ting-Lu: 266-314 (51.7 - 61%) -- 94.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

+2 252+ Atk Kingambit Kowtow Cleave vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Tera Poison Ting-Lu: 211-250 (41 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

120 SpA Slowking-Galar Surf vs. 252 HP / 0+ SpD Vessel of Ruin Ting-Lu: 130-154 (25.2 - 29.9%) -- 0.1% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

:sv/gliscor:

toxic ex bf (Gliscor) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 244 HP / 252 Def / 12 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Knock Off
- Protect
- Toxic

I basically just use Gliscor as a physical wall that spreads status and force the opposition's sweeper to either switch out or risk taking major Toxic damage, especially after a Leftovers Knock Off. Tera Water is to deny things like Walking Wake's Hydro Steam, Greninja's and Slowking-G's Ice Beam, Cetitan (which is kinda annoying after a Chilly Reception Slowking-Galar), and Water-type sweepers like Ogerpon-W (I could just Tera Water, put Toxic up and bail out to either Corviknight or Alomomola as I see fit).

Notable calculations :

244 SpA Choice Specs Walking Wake Hydro Steam vs. 244 HP / 12 SpD Tera Water Gliscor: 118-139 (33.5 - 39.4%) -- 99% chance to 4HKO after Poison Heal

4 Atk Great Tusk Ice Spinner vs. 244 HP / 252+ Def Gliscor: 180-216 (51.1 - 61.3%) -- 53.9% chance to 2HKO after Poison Heal

:sv/greninja:

pepperoni (Greninja) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Surf

This is my Scarf Revenge Killer, since GiratinaDentist spotted that my old team was horribly weak to boosted Ogerpon-W. The reason why I picked Greninja is I feel that while my team can take hits from physical Sweepers like DD Dragonite, Ogerpon-W/Rock, I don't feel like I have the ability to deliver a killing hit to them without saccing 1-2 pokemons, which is a horrible trade in the middle to later stages of the game. So I picked Gren for the sheer speed and versatile movesets that I can use to secure kills, especially with the Protean ability. The movesets are basic, used in matchups accordingly. Sometimes I have to predict the switch-ins , but it's fine by me.

Notable calculations :

252 SpA Protean Greninja Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Multiscale Dragonite: 494-584 (152.9 - 180.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 SpA Greninja Dark Pulse vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Ogerpon-Wellspring: 226-267 (75 - 88.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO (practically OHKO after Toxic/Stealth Rock)

:sv/ogerpon-wellspring:

bonk machine (Ogerpon-Wellspring) @ Wellspring Mask
Ability: Water Absorb
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Ivy Cudgel
- Horn Leech
- Encore
- Swords Dance

The star of my team. Sometimes she's the offensive lead, sometimes she's the late game sweeper, sometimes she's a revenge killer. She is pretty much the center of my team, influencing on how I play the game, whether it's going to be an offensive pummeling throughout, or more careful, balanced approach on clearing hazards and Toxic-spreading to grant the bonk machine a safe entry. The EVs are pretty standard, and I sacrificed Power Whip's 85% miss yet 120 power for Horn Leech's certainty and longetivity. Encore is used when a Kingambit tries to set up on me at the late, or when slow, defensive Pokemons try to set up Wish or hazards, granting me a free SD for a quick 1-2 kills. She and Greninja is my rain abusers, since rain teams are quite common, and Ogerpon-W, especially after Terra, can tear a new one in rain teams with a nice Horn Leech/ boosted Ivy Cudgel. I am aware though that both of my sweeper set-up requires prediction and it's something I'm willing to take, since I am really bad at playing full stall teams.

Notable calculations :

+2 252 Atk Wellspring Mask Ogerpon-Wellspring Horn Leech vs. 252 HP / 192+ Def Toxapex: 154-183 (50.6 - 60.1%) -- 85.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery (2HKO during a bad switch-in/Encore, practically a free kill/chip for sweep)

+2 252 Atk Wellspring Mask Ogerpon-Wellspring Horn Leech vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Pelipper: 201-237 (62.2 - 73.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

:sv/corviknight:

steeley booth (Corviknight) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
- Defog
- Brave Bird
- Roost
- U-turn

The classic anti-stall+ defogger. Synergizes well with my Water-Pokemons so Cinderaces or Iron Moths that try to check him with fire will grant me free switch on either Oger, Gren or Alomomola. Does surpisingly well to tank Flamethrowers from non-Specs Walking Wake or bait switches and deal Rocky Helmet damage on U-turns or Ice Spinners, or even Rapid Spin. I mainly use him as a stall wall, pivot for my sweepers, and defogging. Also does surprisingly well to finish off Iron Valiants after a Close Combat or Rillabooms.

Notable Calculations :

252 SpA Dragapult Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Corviknight: 186-220 (46.6 - 55.1%) -- 11.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 Atk Corviknight Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Iron Valiant: 254-300 (87.8 - 103.8%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

:sv/alomomola:

alohomora (Alomomola) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 116 HP / 252 Def / 140 SpD
Careful Nature
- Flip Turn
- Scald
- Wish
- Protect

The Wish-passer and pivot to keep my team healthy, especially against stall teams. It's just basic Alomomola Wish-Pass, taking damage and pivoting as needed. Sometimes I just fish for burns with Scald, and I can always bail out using my Regenerator. In tandem with Gliscor and Ting-Lu , this thing walls a lot of common offensive threats in SV OU like Ogerpon-W/R, Kingambit, Walking Wake, Iron Moth, Iron Valiants, DD Dragonite, and Specs/Scarfed Dragapult.

Notable Calculations :

+2 252 Atk Wellspring Mask Ogerpon-Wellspring Ivy Cudgel vs. 116 HP / 252+ Def Tera Flying Alomomola: 307-363 (61.4 - 72.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

132 SpA Iron Moth Energy Ball vs. 116 HP / 140 SpD Alomomola: 280-330 (56 - 66%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

I hope you enjoy this team, and any advices would be appreciated!

Hey, seems like we have a fat balance in the house, the thing with this team is that it has way too many physical walls and not special walls

Big changes

:ting lu: ---> :ting lu:

Normally I would not put this kinda change in big changes but going with 252 HP / 4 def / 252 SpD with Careful nature will do the job of tanking stuff and forcing out stuff with whirlwind

:greninja: ---> :dragapult:

Dragapult @ Leftovers
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 76 Atk / 180 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Substitute
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Dragon Darts

OR

Dragapult @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Infiltrator
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- U-turn
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Draco Meteor

greninja is just not good, or at least this set, with a team as fat as this one, you wanna just take the game kindly, so dragapult as the speed control is more than enough. These 2 sets abuse hazards and status and transforms pult into a stat spreader monster, the first set is the standard, with sub and lefties to take healing and generate subs. YOU DO HAVE WISH SUPPORT, so you COULD take the second set with boots to enter constantly and pivot in and out

Small changes

Make mola full hp and take it from spd, fat wishes are more important for this team I feel like

On gliscor, I would consider 244 HP / 140 Def / 104 SpD and the rest in speed with impish nature, with tera water, u get 3HKO by specs hydro steam wake on sun, which means you can tera water, throw toxic, protect, eq, protect, you know the drill, and it still plenty good

Consider body press over brave bird on corviknight to get kingambit

And that's it, I hope you like this version of the team more, good luck
