Greet Obstagoon, a fiersome raccoon which might has a nice niche in OU for his ability to counter effectively most of the Ghost types in the tier. What's interesting about Obstagoon is that it's the ONLY pokémon capable of switching safely into a Will-O-Wisp and gaining an advantage out of it, threatening both ghost and other types either with its powerful Knock Off or its incredible boosted Facade.
It has also access to some utility moves like Parting Shot, useful to gain momentum and flee from very common Fighting moves (now Max Knuckle will be seen very often), and its unique move Obstruct which severely lowers opponents defence, further increasing its wallbreaking abilities.
Sadly, Obstagoon is not the faster Pokémon around and not even that strong when it's not burned, moreover its 3 weaknesses in Fighting (4x), as well as Bug and Fairy (2x), makes it very frail. Luckily having both Normal & Dark types helps switching Obstagoon in the game with its 2 immunities in Ghost and Psichic moves.
In the end Obstagoon is the perfect Pokèmon when it comes to deal with tons of Ghost and Psichic types, but must be used carefully, deciding when it's the time to strike with powerful STABs and when it's better to retreat.
