NU Pokémon effectiveness

Am I the only one who Thinks that some NU pokemon are effective in OU?

If you are using NU pokemon in OU you don't have a max potential team and you need to "git gud"

is this another one of those people who complain about OU but still play it anyway and use the worst pokemon possible (NU) and then when you talk to them saying thats a bad choice they say "but its my owiginal idea!"

Well I suppose certain NU pokemon, such as Ditto, have niches in OU, but I don't think that's what this guy means...
