Ninjask Lead

Ninjask @ Jolly
Focus Sash
252 Attack/ 252 Speed
Protect
X-Scissor
Sword Dance
Baton Pass

Protect on Turn One, Sword Dance on Turn Two. He then baton passes to-

Lucario @ Adamant
Life Orb/ Steadfast
252 Attack/ 252 Speed
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Stone Edge
Extreme Speed

I took the Sword Dance off the Smogon set because Ninjask will do that for him. This hits for heavy damage. Random Flinches are good.

Starmie @ Modest
Expert Belt/ Natural Cure
252 SpAttack/ 252 Speed
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Hydro Pump

Standard.

Swampert @ Impish
Leftovers
252 HP/ 252 Attack
Stealth Rock
Waterfall
Avalanche
Earthquake

Good tank and support.

Togekiss @ Modest
Choice Specs
252 SpAttack/ 252 Speed
Air Slash
Flame Thrower
Aura Sphere
Shadow Ball

Good Special Sweeper and Serene Grace is nice for everything but Aura Sphere

Aerodactyl @ Adamant
Choice Band/ Pressure
252 Attack/ 252 Speed
Fire Fang
Pursuit
Stone Edge
Earthquake

Defeats Steels (especially Bronzong/Metagross) and is fast choice bander. Pressure is better than Rock Head, as I have no recoil here.

Any advice? I am willing to change just about anything in this team, except Starmie, who is an amazing revenge killer.

Lucario @ Adamant
Life Orb/ Steadfast
252 Attack/ 252 Speed
Close Combat
Ice Punch
Stone Edge
Extreme Speed

Lucario cannot learn Ice Punch. Hidden Power Ice can do a similar job, though you might want to consider flipping the nature to Naughty (-SpD, +Atk) if you opt for it.

Starmie would prefer Timid>Modest, especially if you're running Psychic as it allows her to get the jump on Gengar and OHKO. Or you could go for a more traditional Starmie route and use her as a Rapid Spinner. As it stands your two Choice Pokemon have x2 weaks to Stealth Rock. You'll be relying on Aerodactyl and Togekiss to switch in and out repeatedly, and they just can't do this when they lose 25% of their health everytime. Ninjask also has that 4x weakness, although that won't matter anywhere near as much. I understand you don't want to change Starmie so drastically, but you should certainly consider a Spinner.

What is your defence against SS/Hail teams? Tyranitar leads have the potential to 6-0 you. Your EV spreads are quite lacking; is there any particular reason you have max Speed on Aerodactyl, Starmie and Togekiss? Speed EVs should be geared towards outrunning specific threats, not maxed arbitrarily. Swampert probably isn't going to be walling all that well with no Def EVs either, consider the Strategy Pokedex more thoroughly.

Your basic strategy works well enough, though you aren't guaranteed a KO against standard Skarmory (90-107%) who can Whirlwind you away afterwards. You never kill Max/Max Hippowdon (90% tops), and he'll KO with Earthquake after the CC def drop. Similar stuff shows up with other walls, so run damage calculations. Mixing it up with HP Ice might be a good idea, as suggested.

Thank you for the advice.
1. Lucario has Ice Punch because I mixed him up with Gallade, who also was going to be on this team.
2. If I was to drop Aerodactyl, who should I add? I need something to counter Hippodown/ Skarmory, and cant think of something besides another water type, which would give me 3 weak to grass.
3. I thought Lucario would be a good Tyranitar counter. If he has Sword Dance and Life Orb and a STAB'ed 4x effective Close Combat I thought that would kill him.
4. What should I change Starmie's EV's to? Also should I drop Togekiss and give Choice Specs to Starmie and switch to Timid?

Thanks for the advice.

If you're sticking with a Modest Starmie, Grass Knot is probably a better option over Psychic. Otherwise, you'll want to use a Timid nature to get the jump on Gengar and Heracross, so long as they're not running Choice Scarf. Alternatively, as mentioned, you could support your team by using it as a Rapid Spinner.

As for your spread, you can decide based on which variant you decide on. The Starmie analysis should give you an idea of what you're after.
