Flamethrower is preferred over the more powerful Weather Ball to let Nintales consistently beat Hippowdon; however, Weather Ball sets can run Energy Ball to circumvent its Sandstorm. Healing Wish allows Ninetales to be useful even when it's low on health, providing another opportunity for teammates such as Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, and Slither Wing to sweep. Alternatively, Energy Ball threatens switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Gastrodon better. Encore is an excellent utility move that gives Ninetales an opportunity to bring in sweeper teammates such as Venusaur and Hisuian Lilligant for free against foes such as Recover Reuniclus and Roost Noivern by locking them into these status moves. Additionally, it prevents Pokemon such as Slowbro and Fezandipiti from using Ninetales as setup fodder. Will-O-Wisp cripples switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Hisuian Goodra, as well as ruining physical attackers such as Krookodile and Mimikyu. Nasty Plot can be used over Will-O-Wisp to give Ninetales a more offensive presence. Heat Rock extends the period of Drought, making sun sweepers like Venusaur and Slither Wing more threatening. Ninetales should generally never use Terastallization, as its offensively minded teammates will almost always be better users of it. However, Ninetales can use Tera Grass to turn the tables on Pokemon such as Basculegion-F, Hippowdon, and Krookodile.

Ninetales exclusively fits on dedicated sun teams. It can be used over Torkoal on such teams, trading entry hazard control for utility such as Encore and Healing Wish. Chlorophyll sweepers such as Venusaur and Hisuian Lilligant best make use of Ninetales's sun as both setup sweepers and wallbreakers. Slither Wing is a particularly good teammate, as sun activates Protosynthesis and enhances Morning Sun recovery, allowing it to wallbreak and pivot more efficiently. Espeon fits well on sun teams providing them the ability to completely block hazards from being set up. Espeon's Morning Sun recovery is also improved, and it further benefits from sun with Weather Ball, melting Steel-type Pokemon such as Jirachi and Bisharp. Similarly, Necrozma and Cresselia enjoy the boosted healing that sun gives to Moonlight, which allows them to set up safely. Fire-type Pokemon such as Entei and Armarouge are also good partners, as sun greatly strengthens Sacred Fire and Armor Cannon, respectively. Pivots such as Eject Button users like Amoonguss, Slowbro, and Klefki can take a hit and freely pivot into Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, or Slither Wing to effectively utilitze sun turns. Klefki in particular can set up sun with Prankster Sunny Day, it has and Spikes to further aid sweepers. Forretress and Jirachi are good partners, as they set up hazards.

Briefly talk about Flamethrower being preferred over Weather Ball as it can be used vs teams with Hippowdon as well, though Weather Ball can be used alongside Energy Ball to have something to deal with Hippo
Healing Wish allows Ninetales to be useful even when it's low on health, providing another opportunity for Pokemon such as Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, and Slither Wing to sweep. Alternatively, Energy Ball threatens switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Gastrodon better. Encore is an excellent utility move that gives Ninetales an opportunity to bring in sweeper teammates such as Venusaur and Hisuian Lilligant for free. It also prevents pokemon such as Slowbro and Fezandipiti from using it as set up fodder. Will-O-Wisp cripples switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Hisuian Goodra as well as ruining Pokemon physical attackers for examples you usually want to be specific such as Krookodile and Mimikyu. Nasty Plot can be used over Will-O-Wisp to give Ninetales a more offensive presence. Heat Rock extends the period of Drought, making sun sweepers like Venusaur and Slither Wing more threatening. Maximum HP and Speed investment with a Timid nature allows Ninetales to make good use of its utility moves such as Encore and Healing Wish. Talk about Tera being suboptimal on Ninetales because you almost always want to Tera a teammate, but it can be used to avoid a KO from mons like Herscu and Hippo and strike back with boosted Energy ball

Ninetales exclusively fits on dedicated Sun teams add a tidbit about its advantages over torkoal being utility like Encore and Healing Wish by sacrificing entry hazard control. Chlorophyll sweepers such as Venusaur and Hisuian Lilligant make best use of Ninetales's sun, as sweepers or and wallbreakers. Slither Wing is a particularly good teammate, as Ninetales' sun activates Protosynthesis and enhances Morning Sun recovery allowing it to wallbreak or pivot more efficiently. Espeon fits well on Sun teams providing them the ability to completely block entry hazards. Espeon's Morning Sun recovery is also improved, greatly aiding Kee Berry variants. Combine the Morning Sun line with the Weather Ball line Espeon further benefits from Sun with Weather Ball, melting steel-type Pokemon such as Jirachi and Bisharp. Add that Fire-types like Entei and Armarouge also benefit from sun Necrozma and Cresselia also enjoy the improvement on Morning Sun and Moonlight, respectively. Pivots such as Eject Button Amoonguss, Slowbro, and Klefki can take a hit and freely pivot into Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, or Slither Wing for maximum to effectively utilize the sun turns. Klefki in particular can set up sun with Prankster Sunny Day to further aid the sweepers.

Flamethrower is preferred over Weather Ball for consistency against Hippowdon, however Weather Ball can we be used alongside Energy Ball to deal with Hippowdon. Healing Wish allows Ninetales to be useful even when it's low on health, providing another opportunity for Pokemon teammates reads better such as Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, and Slither Wing to sweep. Alternatively, Energy Ball threatens switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Gastrodon better. Encore is an excellent utility move that gives Ninetales an opportunity to bring in sweeper teammates such as Venusaur and Hisuian Lilligant for free against?. It also prevents pokemon foes such as Slowbro and Fezandipiti from using it as set up fodder. Maybe merge these two sentences so the examples read easily Will-O-Wisp cripples switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Hisuian Goodra as well as ruining physical attackers such as Krookodile and Mimikyu. Nasty Plot can be used over Will-O-Wisp to give Ninetales a more offensive presence. Heat Rock extends the period of Drought, making sun sweepers like Venusaur and Slither Wing more threatening. Tera should generally never be used on Ninetales, as its offensively minded teammates will almost always be better users. Klefki in particular can set up sun with Prankster Sunny Day and Spikes to further aid the sweepers. Some mention of hazard setters, like Forre or Jirachi, would be nice.

(You should probably have 248 HP. Since Ninetales is Stealth Rock-weak, this lets it live 4 switch ins rather than dying on the 4th one, letting it set sun more times. Unless there is an important calc you live with max HP <<an example of which can be seen with Ninetales's OU entry>>, then it isn’t worth it)

Flamethrower is preferred over the more powerful Weather Ball to let Ninetales consistently beat for consistency against Hippowdon; (RC; Add semicolon) however, (AC) Weather Ball sets can run be used alongside Energy Ball to deal with Hippowdon circumvent its Sandstorm. (this clarifies why Weather Ball would want to be used at all + how exactly Energy Balll helps) Healing Wish allows Ninetales to be useful even when it's low on health, providing another opportunity for teammates such as Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, and Slither Wing to sweep. (Add period) Additionally, (AC) it also prevents Pokemon such as Slowbro and Fezandipiti from using it Ninetales as setup (Remove space between “set” and “up”) fodder. Will-O-Wisp cripples switch-ins such as Hippowdon and Hisuian Goodra, (AC) as well as ruining physical attackers such as Krookodile and Mimikyu. Nasty Plot can be used over Will-O-Wisp to give Ninetales a more offensive presence. Heat Rock extends the period of Drought, making sun sweepers like Venusaur and Slither Wing more threatening. Necrozma and Cresselia also enjoy the improvement on Morning Sun and Moonlight, which allows them to set up safely. (moved so that all beneficiaries of sun-boosted recovery are together + changed to “morning sun and moonlight” to purely “moonlight” to avoid repetition & necrozma learns both, so there’s no loss of info basically) Pivots such as Eject Button Amoonguss, Slowbro, and Klefki (if you mean that they’re all Eject Button, then you can say “Pivots such as Eject Button users like …” if you want to clarify that.) can take a hit and freely pivot into Venusaur, Hisuian Lilligant, or Slither Wing to effectively utilitze the sun turns. Klefki in particular can set up sun with Prankster Sunny Day, (AC) and it has Spikes to further aid the sweepers. Forretress and Jirachi are good partners, (AC) as they set up entry hazards.
