Umbreon @ Synchronize; Bold Nature; Leftovers
Evs [didnt think this through too much]: Hp-252; Def-160; Sp Def-96
Tickle
Swagger
Mean Look
Toxic/Protect/
Basically, this set aims to get the opponent's pokemon's attack and defense to have a major gap between them using a combination of tickle and swagger. Mean Look is in this set to prevent your opponent from switching out and curing confusion, as well as stat modifications. High hp is a priority for leftovers to recover its maximum, but you can redistribute hp evs into its defenses and use wish instead.

So, what do you think?

If you're looking to maximize the difference between Attack and Defense, shouldn't you use Screech instead of Tickle?

tickle>screech in this set because if your opponent gets lucky and lands an attack, your dead. Tickle is for more manipulation over your opponents offensive capabilities. It takes longer to lower defense, but its worth it.

Yeah, Tickle will just put your opponents attack down again. Just relying on confusion to deal damage (and maybe toxic) and nothing more sounds a bit... weak?

as i said, this set is used to maximize the difference between attack and defense. I can easily demonstrate how effective this moveset is, but not the ev distribution. I'm still pondering that. Your opponent will inflict more damage the higher their attack, and the lower their defense.

So you're planning to work you're opponents defense and attack all the way down using Tickle and then pump the attack all the way up using Swagger? That will take a looong time. Wouldn't you need some more healing than just Leftovers to survive that? And what if the opponent uses special attacks? This set might work but it seems like a very slow way of beating your opponent.

slow, but effecient. It would be prefered on physical sweepers with low defenses like salamence, but it can work on special sweepers and walls/tanks as well. I think i might have taken a large amount of hp away from a special attacker, but i'm not sure. I think the game counts offenses and defenses together, instead of separately [I'm not sure though], so it could work the same on way on both a special sweeper and physical sweeper.

ugh, i forgot about substitute. Well, that last slot is a variable. You can baton pass umbreon agility or have dark pulse as the last slot. Or both, of course

I'm sorry but you have no idea what you're talking about... these kinds of things have been rejected again and again and again, because they don't work. You're basically going to end up KO'd long before you get anything interesting to happen with this.
