need help on breeding moves on shroomish

how can i get a shroomish with spore, seed bomb, focus punch, and substitute?
if i can't have them all, how can i get spore and seed bomb?

Please read the rules when you join the forum, stuff like this belongs in the Simple Q&A thread.

Focus Punch and Substitute are (If I remember correctly) purchasable TMs, and Shroomish learns Spore and Seed Bomb through level up.

You should also really check www.serebii.net for stuff like this, I spent a total of 30 seconds looking for Shroomish information and was able to find the answer.

And focus punch and substitute are tm's. So just simply breed with something that learns seed bomb, level up until you get spore, then use tm's for the final two moves.
