Gen 6 Need advice on Chandelure OU Team

I've decided to build a team around chandelure, a pokemon which isn't commonly seen in the OU tier. Chandelure has an incredible spatk stat of 145 and I think it has the potential to sweep teams. So without further ado, let's get on with the team members, starting with none other than chandelure itself.

Chandelure @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Trick

I chose a scarf chandelure instead of a specs one because I think there's no point in further adding to that spatk stat and instead I find it's speed needs some boost, so the scarf set it is. Fire blast and shadow ball for STAB damage, energy ball for coverage and trick for pokemons that like to set up such as dragonite, salamence, etc. 0ivs in attack to get min damage from foul play but i dont think it survives one anyway. Timid nature for max speed so that it can outspeed as many pokemons as possible. One flaw this set has is that without specs, it misses out on the kill on mega blastoise with energy ball which cost me a game, but it was really close.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 220 HP / 92 SpA / 196 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Rotom-wash is here to cover for chandelure's water, rock and ground weakness. This isn't the usual bulky pivot set as I feel that there is a need for offensive presence in this team so I went ahead and chose the offensive spread given under the "Other Options" section from smogon. I might be changing hidden power fire to signal beam as I don't really see that much of scizors and ferrothorns around but I don't know about that so I'll just stick with it for the time being. I tweaked the given evs from smogon a bit as I realise it doesn't outspeed max speed timid mega blastoise so I gave rotom 196 spe evs to outspeed mega blastoise by 1 speed point with the cost of power (this was done after i lost to mega blastoise lol).

Pangoro @ Choice Band
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Superpower
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot
- Ice Punch

Pangoro, another uncommonly seen pokemon in OU tier is going to be my third pokemon. Pangoro covers for chandelure's ghost and dark weaknesses and is able to knock off items so that is always good. Max atk with adamant nature coupled with choice band gives me massive damage. Scrappy is the ability of choice as it is able to hit opposing ghost types, such as sableye and mismagius.

165562

Gengar @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 29 HP / 0 Atk
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Wave
- Focus Blast
- Icy Wind

Gengar patches up pangoro glaring weakness to fairy. It outspeeds all fairy types and can proceed to OHKO them with sludge wave. Shadow ball for the STAB, focus blast for steel types and icy wind for dragons. 29ivs in hp to reduce life orb damage and 0ivs is just there to help reduce foul play damage but I doubt it'll survive one anyways. Levitate is always good to come in on predicted earthquakes to attempt to hit chandelure or heatran, which is my next member that I'll be talking about.

165563

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpA / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Flash Cannon
- Stealth Rock

Heatran is also here to tank fairy moves and retaliate back with flash cannons. I chose a specially defensive set to take hits better but I think it starts to hurt a bit when I go further up the ladder as this heatran lacks the power to deal enough damage in order for my other team members to come in and finish the pokemon. But i'll stick with this set for the time being and see what you guys suggest. This is my stealth rock setter and is usually the lead if I see threatening pokemon that are weak to rocks like multiscale dragonite, talonflame, volcarona, etc. Flash cannon over taunt for the extra STAB slot to deal more variety of damage. 248hp instead of 252 is to reduce my stealth rocks damage upon switch in. And of course the 0ivs in attack is to reduce foul play damage.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Psyshock

Last pokemon on my team is going to be starmie, which I feel is not doing a lot of work but I'll just leave it here and see if there's any thing i can improve on based on the suggestions from you guys. Anyway, starmie is my spinner as chandelure does not like rocks on our side of the field but sometimes I can't really find the right time to spin as attacking just seems more worthwhile in the end-game. Starmie is my check to keldeo and retaliate with psyshock.

This team is definitely not a team you would expect to see in the OU tier but I do have a few success with it. Some threats are of course, mega blastoise, bisharp which half swept my team with knock off and sucker punch, and perhaps scarf excadrill. Thank you for reading and I look forward to your feedbacks!
