Managers may self-buy, and newly in NDPL V, it will be decided by a formula based off prior NDPL performance. The formula is as follows:
((<higher of last price in NDPL and 10000> + 10000 + 3000 * <number of wins in last played NDPL> - 1000 * <numbers of losses in last played NDPL) / 2) + 500 * <If player has played in past 2 NDPLs consecutively, number of wins in NDPL from 2 editions prior to the current one>
*If output is under 10000, the result will automatically be rounded up to 10000.
*If a manager intends to self-buy, but has never played an NDPL prior, their value will be set at a fixed 16000.
