- Draco Meteor / Mystical Fire
- Aura Sphere
- Roost

Mega Latios zooms back to relevance in National Dex! With its newly buffed Luster Purge, Mega Latios can exert major pressure on defensive staples like Galarian Slowking and Alomomola thanks to its 50% chance of dropping foes' Special Defense. Draco Meteor deals major damage to neutral targets, notably Ogerpon-W and Hoopa-U. Alternatively, Mystical Fire allows Mega Latios to take down foes like Mega Scizor and Corviknight. Aura Sphere finishes Mega Latios's set perfectly, hitting Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Heatran that attempt to check it. Roost keeps Mega Latios healthy to wallbreak consistently, check threats like Ogerpon-W and Zamazenta thanks to its typing, and shrug off passive damage from Garganacl's Salt Cure and Heatran's Magma Storm. Despite having Aura Sphere, Mega Latios can struggle with Dark-types that are bulky enough to take it or outspeed it like Ting-Lu, Weavile, and Darkrai; therefore, partners like Zamazenta and Iron Valiant are great for it. In return, both appreciate Mega Latios pressuring common checks like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex.

Mega Latios powerfully zooms back to relevance in SV National Dex! With its newly buffed Luster Purge, Mega Latios can exert major pressure on defensive staples like Galarian Slowking and Alomomola thanks to its 50% chance of dropping its foes' Special Defense. Draco Meteor is an obscenely strong second STAB option that deals major damage to anything that does not resist it, while dealing big immediate damage to threats like Ogerpon-W and Raging Bolt. Mystical Fire is another option, allowing Mega Latios to take down foes like Mega Scizor and Corviknight. Aura Sphere complements the rest of Mega Latios's set perfectly, hitting things Pokemon like Mega Tyranitar and Heatran that it cannot hit without it. usually would keep it in check. Roost keeps Mega Latios healthy throughout the game to break consistently, repeatedly repeatedly checking waterpon is generous check threats like Ogerpon-W and Zamazenta thanks to its typing, and allows it to shrug off passive forms of damage like from Garganacl's Salt Cure and Heatran's Magma Storm. Even with Aura Sphere, Mega Latios can struggle with Dark-types that are bulky enough to take it on or outspeed it, like Ting-Lu, Weavile, and Darkrai. that are bulky enough to take it on or outspeed it, To aid that problem, partners like Great Tusk Zamazenta tusk + tios is a pretty bleh offensive core imo and Iron Valiant are great for it. Iron Valiant in particular greatly appreciates Mega Latios threatening Poison-types like Galarian Slowking and Toxapex that could otherwise deal with it, while Great Tusk can remove hazards for Mega Latios, significantly benefiting its longevity. Zamazenta also appreciates Mega Latios breaking through the aforementioned Pokemon, and heavily pressures common checks to Mega Latios like Ting-Lu and Heatran in return.

This is almost 1300 characters, could you please trim some stuff in order to bring it to 1000/1100?
