Ehhh, what’s up doc?
Cinderace @ Normalium Z
Ability: Libero
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Bulk Up
- Pyro Ball
- High Jump Kick
- Double-Edge
Bulk Up Cinderace is one of the most terrifying threats in the National Dex metagame thanks to its incredible Speed, high Attack, and an outstanding ability in Libero. This set uses a boosted Breakneck Blitz to break through nearly every one of its checks in Gliscor, Slowbro, Garchomp, Tapu Fini, and Toxapex. In addition, Bulk Up also makes it harder for the likes of Weavile and Landorus-T to revenge kill Cinderace. Pyro Ball and High Jump Kick make short work of the Steel-types that can otherwise stomach a +1 Breakneck Blitz. Cinderace finds itself on hyper offensive teams alongside Pokemon like Shift Gear Magearna, Swords Dance Rillaboom, and Mega Gyarados. All of them appreciate Cinderace's ability to lure and weaken Toxapex and Landorus-T while taking care of Mega Slowbro and Alomomola, which Cinderace can't break through. Entry hazard support from Landorus-T and Mew is a great option for wearing down Cinderace's checks into the KO range of its attacks. Victini and the aforementioned Landorus-T can lure and eliminate Cinderace's checks thanks to Final Gambit and Explosion, respectively.
