[SET COMMENTS]
Despite a middling Special Attack stat, Alolan Persian makes for a solid Nasty Plot user thanks to a great Speed tier and unresisted coverage, making it dangerous late-game where its checks have been weakened or removed. Thunderbolt provides solid coverage alongside Dark Pulse, hitting checks to Dark-types like Dachsbun and Houndoom for decent damage, as well as forcing out wallbreakers such as Basculin and Charizard. Taunt stops switch-ins like Dachsbun, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Gogoat from using recovery moves while also stopping status attempts from foes like Skuntank and Misdreavus. Parting Shot keeps up momentum on offensive teams, letting Alolan Persian pivot mid-game against Pokemon it struggles to deal with, (comma) like Tinkatuff and Whiscash. Tera Electric makes Alolan Persian harder to cripple by Thunder Wave users like Chansey and Wyrdeer, allows Thunderbolt to heavily dent foes like Dunsparce and Tera Fairy Misdreavus at +2, and makes revenge killing it with Electrode and Choice Scarf Lycanroc-N - two solid speed control options - much more difficult. However, Tera Steel with Tera Blast can be used to immediately remove Carbink, one of Alolan Persian's most annoying switch-ins, as well as allow it to more easily setup on Pokemon like Skuntank, Gogoat, and Rotom-F Choice locked into Blizzard, at the cost of being much more reliant on Terastallizing for coverage and lacking the defensive utility Tera Electric provides versus paralysis and Electrode.

As stated before, Alolan Persian is at its best late-game when its checks have been sufficiently weakened; as such, it appreciates strong mid-game wallbreakers such as Basculin, Charizard, and Pyroar, which can force damage on shared checks like Gogoat, Carbink, and Gabite, respectively, clearing the way for an Alolan Persian cleanup. Fellow Nasty Plot users such as Misdreavus and Rotom-F are equally adept at wearing down shared switch-ins like Chansey and Whiscash. Rotom-F can also form a strong pivoting core with Parting Shot variants of Alolan Persian. Alolan Persian isn't forced out by much, but before Terastallizing, it can be exploited by foes like Electrode and Choice Scarf Indeedee, so switch-ins to them, like Whiscash and Perrserker, are recommended. Both of the latter two Pokemon can also set entry hazards to wear down Alolan Persian's switch-ins like Tinkatuff and Dunsparce while Perrserker can bring Alolan Persian in with a slow U-turn.

Despite a middling Special Attack stat, Alolan Persian makes for a solid Nasty Plot user thanks to a strong speed tier and unresisted coverage, making it dangerous in later parts of a game where its checks have been weakened or removed. Thunderbolt provides solid coverage alongside Dark Pulse, hitting Dark-type checks like Carbink (i would rather you mention dachsbun here, or maybe even opposing alolan persian. even physdef carbink doesn't take all that much from +2 tbolt.) and Houndoom for decent damage, as well as forcing out breakers such as Basculin and Charizard. Taunt stops switch-ins like Daschbun Dachsbun, Hisuian Sliggoo, and Gogoat from recovery, while also stopping status attempts from foes like Skuntank and Misdreavus. Parting Shot keeps up momentum on offensive teams, letting Alolan Persian pivot mid-game against Pokemon it struggles to deal with like Tinkatuff and Whiscash. Tera Electric is generally the better Tera type; it makes Alolan Persian harder to cripple from Thunder Wave users like Chansey and Wydeer Wyrdeer, allows Thunderbolt to heavily dent foes like Dunsparce and Tera Fairy Misdreavus at +2, and makes revenge killing it with Electrode and Choice Scarf Lycanroc-N, two solid speed control options, much more difficult. However, Tera Steel with Tera Blast can be used to immediately remove Carbink, one of Alolan Persian's most annoying switch-ins, at the cost of being much more reliant on Tera for coverage and generally lacking the defensive utility Tera Electric provides. (the poison immunity and resistances to stuff like ice, rock, and grass also let you set up more easily on skuntank, frostom locked into blizz, and gogoat.)

At stated before, Alolan Persian is at its best late-game when its checks have bee sufficiently weakened; as such, it appreciates strong mid-game breakers such as Basculin, Charizard, and Pyroar, which can force damage on shared checks like Gogoat, Carbink, and Gabite, respectively, clearing the way for an Alolan Persian clean. Fellow Nasty Plot users such as Misdreavus and Rotom-Frost Rotom-F are equally adept at wearing down shared switch-ins like Chansey and Whiscash. Volt Switch variants of Rotom-Frost Rotom-F can also form a strong pivoting core with Parting Shot variants of Alolan Persian. (frostom p much always has volt switch, no need to specify which variant you mean.) Alolan Persian isn't forced out by much, but pre-Tera it can be exploited by foes like Electrode and Choice Scarf Indeedee, so switch-ins to them, like Whiscash and Perrserker, are recommended. Both can also set entry hazards to wear down Alolan Persian's switch-ins like Tinaktuff Tinkatuff and Dunsparce, while Perrserker can bring Alolan Persian in with a slow U-Turn.
