Other Tiers My thoughts on typh, venu and smeargle (potentially)moving down.

I think i saw a post i can't find now of those pokemon moving down.

Typhlosion:
1730570210620.png

Let me present arguments against this:
Typhs best stats!
Speed: 100 It outspeeds or speedties all the tier barring scyther, electrode, crobat, jumpluff , aerodactyl and kadabra 6/41 of the tier lol
Spatk: 108 Out Performs all but Ampharos, haunter, kadabra, magneton and omastar 5/41 of the tier

Movepool:
Typh has access to good moves like:
Hp grass
Fblast
Sunny day
Eq
Dpunch
Tpunch

Victreebel and vileplume:
1730570224161.png
1730570241097.png

These pokemon aren't great in uu already however Typh always ohko victreebel and 2hkos vileplume
(Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Vileplume: 297-350 (84.1 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery)
This is assuming typh hasnt set up sunny day or has charcoal on it and a lack of spikes

Jumpluff:
1730570254209.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Jumpluff: 306-360 (86.6 - 101.9%) -- 12.8% chance to OHKO

This means jumpluff can usually do status and switch out on typh in theory however if sunny day is up (Which typh usually runs) Its far gone.

Magneton:
1730570339105.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Magneton: 347-408 (120.9 - 142.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Yeah.... The best this magnet can do is pray fire blast missed
Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Magneton: 272-320 (94.7 - 111.4%) -- 69.2% chance to OHKO

This means magneton could survive. However its unlikely. The most it could do is give typh status ig.

Arcanine:
1730570348073.png

Arcanine would be outclassed by typh as it has a better movepool and although arcanine has more bulk typh access to thunder punch and eq make it much better. Its not good in uu anyway tho lol.
Basically. Arcanine becomes nu.

bellosom:
1730570367347.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Bellossom: 277-326 (78.4 - 92.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Bellosom would be able to inflict status or chip typh if sun wasn't up.

Haunter:
1730570386230.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Haunter: 197-232 (67.2 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Haunter: 197-232 (67.2 - 79.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Haunter is slower than typh so wouldnt be able to destiny bond

However:

If it KABOOMS

Haunter Explosion vs. Typhlosion: 282-332 (84.1 - 99.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh is quite frail so pretty much any pokemon could ko it.
However this is assuming haunter doesn't switch in.

Quagsire:
1730570412810.png

At first this pokemon seems to wall typh and can easily 2hko him
Quagsire Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 229-270 (68.3 - 80.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

HOWEVER
Typh always runs hp grass and is faster and 2hkos it aswell

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Quagsire: 282-332 (73.2 - 86.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Omastar:
1730570429427.png

Same as quag can 2hko typh Omastar Surf vs. Typhlosion: 251-296 (74.9 - 88.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

But is too slow to finish the job

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Omastar: 272-320 (79.3 - 93.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Lanturn:
1730570448795.png

FINALLY!

A pokemon that can defeat typh!
Lanturn Surf vs. Typhlosion: 190-224 (56.7 - 66.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typh could try eq but will only 3hko
Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Lanturn: 180-212 (39.7 - 46.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

BUT!
Lanturn Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 93-110 (27.7 - 32.8%) -- 85.9% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

This means if typh sets up sun it can kill lanturn although its hp will be quite low.

Nidoqueen:
1730570466907.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Nidoqueen: 153-180 (39.9 - 46.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Yeah typh isnt winning this one
Nidoqueen Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 224-264 (66.8 - 78.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh could lower nidos hp but unless sun is up it loses.

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Nidoqueen in Sun: 229-270 (59.7 - 70.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

This means typh is left on usually sub 40% hp which means most moves will ohko him from that point.

Piloswine:
1730570478163.png

Sometimes better than queen but not this time

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Piloswine: 379-446 (94 - 110.6%) -- 64.1% chance to OHKO

This is without sun!

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Piloswine in Sun: 568-668 (140.9 - 165.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

However Piloswine Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 255-300 (76.1 - 89.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh will be sub 30% hp which means he is picked apart by faster mons or something that can tank its fire blast

Speaking of...

Blastiose!:
1730570499155.png

Yeah Blastoise Surf vs. Typhlosion: 205-242 (61.1 - 72.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh is walled by blastoise usually meaning it can't continue its fire balst onsluaght

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Blastoise: 105-124 (29 - 34.3%) -- 99.9% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Yeah no blastoise could easily rest or remove spikes as typh fights for its life.

But...

Blastoise Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 102-120 (30.4 - 35.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Yeah typh can tank surf and potentially win

This is assuming at least 3 turns of sun are left other wise typh aint winning

And blastoise doesn't have eq
Blastoise Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 153-180 (45.6 - 53.7%) -- 1.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
This means typh is usually 3hko by gun turtle in most ways

Politoed:
1730570517624.png

Politoed Surf vs. Typhlosion: 214-252 (63.8 - 75.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Again like blast toise poli toed can easily kill and wall typh and set up growth.

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Politoed: 108-128 (28.1 - 33.4%) -- 95.8% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh wouldn't be able to kill poli in time and poli could comfortably set up growth and rest it off

Even in sun
Politoed Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 107-126 (31.9 - 37.6%) -- 0.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Poli still wins and can growth set up.

Qwilfish:
1730570533210.png

Qwilfish Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion: 204-240 (60.8 - 71.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

It can quite comfortably set up spikes and still kill typh as it only 3hkos it usually

Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Qwilfish: 154-182 (46.2 - 54.6%) -- 8.4% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Qwilfish Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 102-120 (30.4 - 35.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

This means it owuld against typh but typh would usually have sub 60 health.

if suns up tho

Qwilfish Sludge Bomb vs. Typhlosion: 112-132 (33.4 - 39.4%) -- 18% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Qwil could try its luck and might be able to kill typh assuming typh had to set up sunny day.

Crobat:
1730570567904.png

Its faster but Crobat Wing Attack vs. Typhlosion: 72-85 (21.4 - 25.3%) -- possible 5HKO

But it lacks to power and a good stab to kill typh

On the other hand

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Crobat: 160-189 (42.8 - 50.6%) -- 1.8% chance to 2HKO

Typh can usually 3hko the winged menace

With sun typh obliterates crobat

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Crobat in Sun: 240-283 (64.3 - 75.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

BUT!

Crobat is faster and can set up a confuse ray which usually forces typh to switch out!

Girafarig:
1730570589120.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Girafarig: 179-211 (52.1 - 61.5%) -- 98.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh basically always 2hkos girafarig. But it has amnesia which makes the 2hko a 4hko

Granbull:
1730570614939.png

The big dog. Unfortunately it cant kill Typh In time

Granbull Frustration vs. Typhlosion: 148-174 (44.1 - 51.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
But if it runs double edge
Granbull Double-Edge vs. Typhlosion: 173-204 (51.6 - 60.8%) -- 95.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
It usually 2hkos it.

Typh though Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Granbull: 189-223 (49.3 - 58.2%) -- 66.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
This means granbull is more likely to kill.

But...

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Granbull in Sun: 284-334 (74.1 - 87.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

This means typh can beat the big dog but usually has sub 50 health!

Chansey:
1730570631142.png

Yeah no. No amount of glazing will let typh win this battle

Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Chansey: 176-207 (25 - 29.4%) -- guaranteed 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

Chansey Present vs. Typhlosion: 104-123 (31 - 36.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Also chansey has soft boiled.

Unless typh runs Dynamic miss its walled by blissey
Typhlosion Dynamic Punch vs. Chansey: 352-414 (50 - 58.8%) -- 76.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Besides dynamic punch hitting twice is a 25% chance and tpunch is better for typh anyway.

Scyther:
1730570654089.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Scyther: 321-378 (98.1 - 115.5%) -- 89.7% chance to OHKO

Unless luck is against you scyther is usually wiped out by one non-sun fblast

This means the best it can do is get typh usually sub 70 or even 60% hp
Scyther Hidden Power Ground vs. Typhlosion: 125-148 (37.3 - 44.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

However pinsir...

Pinisr:
1730570689277.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Pinsir: 347-408 (104.2 - 122.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Yeah not much to say here as pinsir is outsped AND ohko

slowbrothers:
1730570707533.png
1730570716476.png

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Slowking: 102-120 (25.9 - 30.5%) -- 1.8% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Slowbro: 125-148 (31.8 - 37.6%) -- 0.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Yeah nah typh cant get past the slowbrothers without sun and even then

Slowbro Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 114-134 (34 - 40%) -- 35.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Slowking Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 114-134 (34 - 40%) -- 35.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

They win anyway without or with sun. They are probably typhs biggest opponents in uu. Typh would need an electric to deal with them. (It would run tbolt due to sun)

Muk:
1730570821138.png

Typh can 3hko in theory,
Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Muk: 154-182 (37.2 - 44%) -- 99.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

But muk always runs curse so typh is better off with fblast

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Muk: 138-163 (33.4 - 39.4%) -- 19% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Muk can easily kill typh with explosion or just sludge bomb.

But...

Typh can still usually 2hko if sun is up

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Muk in Sun: 207-244 (50.1 - 59%) -- 79% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Kadabra:
1730570833460.png

Temu alakazam enters the scene!

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Kadabra: 173-204 (61.1 - 72%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Kadabra Psychic vs. Typhlosion: 122-144 (36.4 - 42.9%) -- 98.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh can 2hko kadabra and usually win but!.

kadabra can encore and switch to a water or if typh sets up sun it can encore it due to it outspeeding typh.

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Kadabra in Sun: 260-306 (91.8 - 108.1%) -- 51.3% chance to OHKO

It can flip a coin to ko kadabra but assuming typh is a lead it could be encored immediately when it enters the field.

Kabutops:
1730570871055.png

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Kabutops: 272-320 (88.5 - 104.2%) -- 28.2% chance to OHKO

This means kabu usually can get a hp ground off

Kabutops Hidden Power Ground vs. Typhlosion: 129-152 (38.5 - 45.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

or

Kabutops Hidden Power Rock vs. Typhlosion: 195-230 (58.2 - 68.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Leaving typh at sub 60 - 40% hp

Sandslash:
1730570884902.png

Sandslash Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 255-300 (76.1 - 89.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Sandslash: 197-232 (55.8 - 65.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typhlosion usually wins the matchup due to its higher speed but will suffer a sub 30% hp infliction making him basically a light tap away from fainting.

Even if sun is up sandslash still can hurt him.

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Sandslash in Sun: 296-348 (83.8 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Mr mime:
1730570898166.png

Right this is a bit weird
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Sandslash in Sun: 296-348 (83.8 - 98.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Mr. Mime: 122-144 (43.1 - 50.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Mr. Mime Psychic vs. Typhlosion: 108-127 (32.2 - 37.9%) -- 0.6% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

sure typh 2hkos or 3hkos him but mr mime can set up screens which means it can pull through with eq but might not be able to finsih the job or could be switch out on to a water.

Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Mr. Mime: 84-99 (29.6 - 34.9%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

Gligar:
1730570929666.png

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Gligar: 179-211 (53.7 - 63.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Gligar Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 214-252 (63.8 - 75.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh usually wins but is left on sub 40 - 30% hp

Same even with sun

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Gligar in Sun: 268-316 (80.4 - 94.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO.

Dodrio:
1730570943645.png

Both it and typh speed tie

and 2hko each other

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Dodrio: 189-223 (58.5 - 69%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Dodrio Double-Edge vs. Typhlosion: 163-192 (48.6 - 57.3%) -- 49.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

However typh is more likely to win

plus with sun:

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Dodrio in Sun: 284-334 (87.9 - 103.4%) -- 23.1% chance to OHKO

Typh will wlays 2hko and may ohko dodrio.

Typh is left on sub 60 - 50% hp

Electrode:
1730570959130.png

Right off the bat if electrode explodes in typhs face in doesn't ohko

Electrode Explosion vs. Typhlosion: 279-328 (83.2 - 97.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Electrode Thunder vs. Typhlosion: 125-147 (37.3 - 43.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

This means it can get typh sub 70% hp mostly but due to sun thunder has 50% acc

Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Electrode: 160-189 (53.5 - 63.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Electrode Explosion vs. Typhlosion: 279-328 (83.2 - 97.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
With or without sun typh 2hkos
Aero:
1730570997644.png

Aerodactyl Hidden Power Rock vs. Typhlosion: 185-218 (55.2 - 65%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Aero can usually finish off typh as sun doesn't help typh at all here

Typhlosion Thunder Punch vs. Aerodactyl: 139-164 (38.2 - 45.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Unfortunately for typh its completely walled by aero lol.
If it runs tpunch it usually means no sun.
Poor boi.

Hypno:
1730571014815.png

Hypno Psychic vs. Typhlosion: 89-105 (26.5 - 31.3%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Hypno: 125-148 (33.5 - 39.6%) -- 22.2% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

At face value typh seems to win but is easily rested on and walled by light screen lol.

Hypno has no problem with typh.

Nubls:

Golduck;
1730571030651.png

Golduck Surf vs. Typhlosion: 221-260 (65.9 - 77.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Like the other waters it 2hkos typh but after sun

It usually 4hkos typh Golduck Surf vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 108-128 (32.2 - 38.2%) -- 1.3% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Golduck: 125-148 (34.4 - 40.7%) -- 59.7% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

So typh usually wins against golduck.

Poliwrath:
1730571052446.png

Poliwrath Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion: 229-270 (68.3 - 80.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Like other waters it 2hkos typh
but as expected

Struggles a lil when it comes to killing him in sun Poliwrath Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 114-134 (34 - 40%) -- 35.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

However typh can still try to kill him.

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Poliwrath: 117-138 (30.5 - 36%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

and usually loses.

Good job Wrath!

Feraligatr:
1730571077560.png

Feraligatr Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion: 250-294 (74.6 - 87.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

It can kill can easily kill typh
Even with sun it usually 3hkos
Feraligatr Hydro Pump vs. Typhlosion in Sun: 124-146 (37 - 43.5%) -- 99.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Feraligatr Earthquake vs. Typhlosion: 177-208 (52.8 - 62%) -- 99.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Fera has eq anyway so typh is usually cooked.

Typhlosion Hidden Power Grass vs. Feraligatr: 122-144 (32.7 - 38.6%) -- 3.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Typh can chip fera but ultimately loses the fight.

Pikachu and raichu:
1730570738834.png
1730570745957.png

Im putting these together as they are both practically nubl anyway.
Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Raichu: 183-216 (56.6 - 66.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Earthquake vs. Pikachu: 250-294 (100.4 - 118%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Yeah and pikachu is outsped by typh as well.

The best thing raichou might do is set up rain dance and switch to a slowbrother.

Summary:

Typh main opponents are Fera, Wrath, Toed, Aero, Chansey(No dpunch and even then), Hypno and muk(Only if it explodes)

Thats about

7/41 of the entire tier...

Electrics easily kill fera wrath and toed
Chansey can be killed by electa buzz and wrath
Aero can be kill by electrode
Muk Killed by kabu and aero (or bait exploded).
Hypno can be killed by pinsir or scyther
All in all typh would easily become dominant and would be a huge threat.
So unless uu needs a dominant typh I dont think he needs to move down.
Typh uu team in theory that i think would be broken
https://pokepast.es/716e642a81ee91d3

As for the other two they can both move down as long as smeargle doesn't have bp.
P.S Grasses aren't that great in uu so if venu dropped not much would change lol.

Solution:

Typhlosion was probably meant to move down becasuse he is the worst fire in ou
I'd argue entei is worse than him as he doesnt have enough damage output or a decent fighting type move (Typh has submission, dpunch and reversal)
Uubl feels like a bargain bin of pokemon that arent quite good enough in ou.
To the surprise of no one some are better than others.
My proposition is to make a higher uubl and a Lower uubl

Higher uubl could be for good uubl pokemon that are close to ou level and have a good niche. Ou pokemon moving down and for pokemon that could move up.

Lower uubl could be for pokemon that are niche but still work ok in ou, UU pokemon moving up and for bls that may move down.
This is from worst to best imo. (On lower uubl as i feel thats more important)
Lower UUBL
Smeargle

All in all it sounds good, It basically has every move in the game but...

Its stats let it down. Its not good as a lead as its to frail and predictable.

Its not great as spiker as cloyster is often better for it plus many stab moves ohko smeargle.

Even if it does set up if you opponent has roar your cooked!

Ursaring

Ursaring has an amazing attack stat higher than snorlax's. Yeah thats it. Its bulk ist the best plus its speed isnt good either, It doesnt have a great move pool either. Its usually outclassed by snorlax, tauros and porygon2 as a potential curse sweeper.

I guess its meant to be a second snorlax but lacks the movepool to do so and bulk as well.

Its not horrible tho and is definitely to good for uu.

Articuno

I have only seen this thing once in my time playing gsc ou.

First its stats are great especially bulk. Its stab ice means it can fight with zapdos...

But its killed by other electrics and walled by snorlax. I don't really get this pokemon as it doesn't provide anything to major.
Its resttalk is nice and isnt trouble by the rocks, grounds and to extent skarmory.

It can set up screens and due to its bulk actually kill zapdos plus its immune to spikes.

Entei

It has good bulk and decent special attack unfortunately its low movepool its its main downfall.

Entei is great against steels in the tier and its bulk means it can fight and slug it out with zapdos and raikou.

However its walled by snorlax and ttar quite easily and doesn't have easy access to a fighting move.

Its usually runs:

Hp fight
Sunny day
Fire blast
Solar beam

Entei Solar Beam vs. Tyranitar: 161-190 (39.9 - 47.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Entei Hidden Power Fighting vs. Tyranitar: 207-244 (51.3 - 60.5%) -- 93.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

It usually can kill ttar.

Enteis main problem is although its bulky it doesnt really change it too much from typh.
Also entei quite literally cannot function without sunny day. Its a ok mon in ou but id argue typh is better.

Typhlosion

Typh has good speed and high spatk but is relatively frail.

The thing which gives typh an edge over entei is movepool.

Unlike entei it doesn't actually need sunny day per se on its moveset.

Plus its access to dpunch, reversal and submission mean it can threaten and confuse

Entei Fire Blast vs. Snorlax in Sun: 171-202 (32.6 - 38.6%) -- 4.1% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Fire Blast vs. Snorlax in Sun: 194-229 (37 - 43.7%) -- 99.9% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Dynamic Punch vs. Tyranitar: 245-288 (60.7 - 71.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Reversal (80 BP) vs. Tyranitar: 232-232 (57.5 - 57.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Typhlosion Submission vs. Tyranitar: 197-232 (48.8 - 57.5%) -- 52.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Some damage comparisons. Reversal is surprising decent on typh as you can get typh on low hp and potentially revenge kill a unaware ttar.

But...

Typh is quite prediction reliant and is decently frail he still can take one or two hits.

Typh usually is good with a teammate that can set up sun for him.

Clefable

Clefable has alright bulk and its access to encore and having a good movepool all around make it a dangerous pokemon on the right teams but it lacks the real firepower to be a great curse sweeper.

It has belly drum so it the whole team is paralyzed it could be dangerous. It can even set up screens and encore curse users.

All in all its quite a decent mon it just lacks fire power. You can even try attract or sing on this mon.

These are what I would call Lower uubl pokemon. This could be helpful for newbies for seeing which uubl mons are better and for testing in general. Feel free to comment and criticize all you want!
