Raikou is mostly for volt switch, but he can be excelent revenge killer , and for killing unexpeted people who don`t know he can learn moves as scald or aura sphere.

My favourite part of team. Most of the time first go trick to cripple walls and then spin away hazards. It`s gimmicy but when that works it`s acually really good.and there toxic and scald for more damage.

I know a lot of people useentei for banded extreme speed and sacred fire but i think that item fit him very well. Also I`m not sure is that the best coverage possible.
