Hi, this is my second RMT...
I built a non-weather team... I find it very cool...

First I choosed Ambipom as a Lead and Pokémon, on who wanted I built the team...

Now, I choosed some Sp.Defender, on which Ambipom can switch.

I choosed Steelix as a Defender on my team for Ambipom.

Now I choosed Sp.Attacker - Gengar, he can take fighting attack targeting Blissey and Ambipom.

I choosed another good Pokémon who can be hit with fighting moves, and who can use some usable moves (Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Shell Smash...), in this case it is Dragon Dance.

Finally I decided to run Lanturn, who can Paralyze and Confuse target which can be very usable for example for Gyarados, who can use Dragon Dance.

424.png

Ambipom @Silk Scarf
Ability: Technician
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spe
Moves:
-Fake Out
-Double Hit
-Low Sweep
-U-turn

Fake Out is a good opening move, Double hit has base power 70 and technician boost (because it is two hits) and can break Substitute, Low Sweep with technician has 90 base power and cuts opponent´s Speed and finally U-turn for switching Ambipom, but still dealing some damage.

242.png

Blissey @Leftovers
Ability: Nature Cure
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP 216 Def 40 Sp.Def
Moves:
-Flamethrower
-Softboiled
-Toxic
-Aromatherapy

Toxic is the best weapon of Blissey, but can´t poison Steel-types (and Poison-types), so i decided to run Flamethrower. Softboiled for heailing itself and Aromatherapy heals party status.

208.png

Steelix @Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Relaxed
EVs: 252 HP 206 Def 50 Sp.Def
Moves:
-Gyro Ball
-Earthquake
-Roar
-Rest

Gyro Ball with low speed hits hard, Earthquake another option for steel-types, Roar can switch foe and Rest for healing itself (it´ s very good combination with Blissey´s Aromatherapy)

094.gif

Gengar @Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP 252 Sp.Atk 252 Spe
Moves:
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder
-Focus Blast
-Destiny Bond

Shadow Ball is Gengar´s STAB, Thunder against Rain Team (I preffer it over Thunderbolt), Focus Blast for Dark and Steel-types and Destiny Bond, because Gengar high speed and low defenses it can finish anyone.

Gyarados.png

Gyarados @Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP 252 Atk 252 Spe
Moves:
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang
-Stone Edge

Dragon Dance - no comment, Watterfall is STAB move, Stone Edge for some flying-types and Ice Fang for Dragons (who resist Waterfall)

Lanturn.jpg

Lanturn @Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
Nature: Calm
EVs: 40 HP 252 Def 216 Sp.Def
Moves:
-Thunder Wave
-Confuse Ray
-Volt Switch
-Surf

I start with Thunder Wave, commonly I use after that Confuse Ray and ussualy I switch with Volt Switch to Gyarados who can use Dragon Dance, sometimes I use STAB Surf...

So it´s all, thanks for reading, and please comment it!

I'm not sure this is going to work.

First of all, Ambipom sucks. Really, very bad. Even in UU, it is terrible. Mienshao does basically the same thing, but is much stronger and provides early momentum. It's definitely rare, if that's the sort of effect you are going for.

That Steelix would be incredibly easy to set up on. Rest isn't that viable this gen. I suggest using Skarmory. It pairs well with your Blissey creating the infamous SkarmBliss combo.

Two water types on the same team isn't a great idea really. Gyarados looks pretty solid, but I'd use Substitute to protect him from status. I'd swap Lanturn for Rotom-W. Rotom-W is very good in the current metegame and would deal with +1 Dragonite, who would rip your team apart otherwise, and would just set up on Steelix.

First your descriptions are lacking please update or this will get locked. Now for the rate I agree with above poster but Rotom-W cannot stop Dragonite bar Hidden Power Ice. Thunderbolt > Thunder has better accuracy and if in other weather is up bar Rain Thunder's accuracy becomes 50. If you decide to keep Ambipom then use Life Orb > Silk Scarf. I see you have no hazards maybe adding Skarmory with this set:
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
Impish Nature
EV's 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe | 8 SDef
-Spikes
-Roost
-Brave Bird / Taunt
-Whirlwind

then for stealth rocks I suggest using this Blissey set:
Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EV's : 252 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
-Stealth Rock
-Softboiled
-Seismic toss
-Thunder wave

This set gives your gyrados extra support.

Sorry I forgot to mention that you should run HP Ice on Rotom-W to take out Dragonite. And do swap Ambipom. If he is terrible in UU, he wll be even worse in OU. On Skarmory he should be running 24 speed ev's to outspeed Jellicent, and either Taunt or set up more hazards.

Nasty Plot Celebi can walk all over this team. It basically kills everything but Blissey in one hit after a boost, so maybe a Heatran in somewhere? The offensive set works really great against sun teams, and with Skarmory is the basis of an anti-weather core, but needs something against rain. I'd run him over Ambipom, since he sets up SR giving you two sets of hazards if you decide to run Skarmory.

If you want an Electric type move on Gengar, Thunderbolt is preferred over Thunder. While Rain teams are common, so are Sand teams and Sun teams, which reduce Thunder's accuracy down to 50. Also, I'd run Taunt over Ice Fang on Gyarados to prevent phazing, burn, paralysis, Toxic, etc. Many common Dragons in OU are weak to Rock moves anyway, such as Salamence, Dragonite, and Kyurem.
