After seeing some glaring similarities between Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z characters (and being a fan of both), I decided to make a DBZ inspired team.
Accelgor (Piccolo) @ Silver Powder
Ability: Hydration
Rash Nature (+Sp. Atk, -Sp.Def)
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
-Bug Buzz
-Focus Blast
-Final Gambit
-Sludge Bomb
Went with Accelgor honestly because I couldn't find a grass type that looked like Piccolo (except Celebi, but he's not an option). Nothing is ideal about him honestly, I woud rather have the Unburden ability, but I'm making due with what I have. Gave him sludge bomb so he can hit fairy's, and bug buzz is his best move, focus blast for coverage and final gambit as my sacrificial move when he's done for. I would like to replace him with a different grass type special attacker, for a F/W/G core, so if you have any recommendations (must be a DBZ character) let me know.
Blaziken (Goku) @ (honestly don't know yet, let me know)
Ability: Speed Boost
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Sp.Def
-High Jump Kick
-Flare Blitz
-Brave Bird
-Protect
To me, Blaziken as Goku is an obvious choice (orange coloring, blonde hair aka super saiyan, etc.). For this team I wanted a F/W/G core, and Blaziken fit in nicely. The moves are pretty straight forward for Blaziken, except maybe Brave Bird, which I was thinking of maybe replacing with Roost?
Greninja (King Kai) @ Mystic Water (probably not the best item, but it's the best I have so far)
Ability: Protean
Modest Nature (+Sp.Atk, -Atk)
EV's: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Atk
-Scald/Surf
-Dark Pulse
-U-Turn
-Ice Beam
Greninja rounded out my F/W/G core nicely and seems like a solid choice for King Kai. I haven't decided between Surf or Scald yet (or perhaps even Hydro Pump), so if you could help me decide that it would be great. U-Turn to get out of a bad situation and Ice Beam to scare off some dragons. I pretty much just need a good item to put on him, so I'll definitely be taking recommendations.
Lucario (Vegeta) @ Black Belt (probably a Choice Scarf when I have the BP's to afford it)
Ability: Steadfast
Hasty Nature (+Speed, -Def)
EV's: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk
-Aura Sphere

-Calm Mind/Nasty Plot(once I figure out how to teach it to him)
As with Blaziken, Lucario seemed like an obvious choice for Vegeta (once again due to coloring, they both are blue). People may be raising their eyes at a Sp. Atk set over a Atk set, but there's a reason for that which you'll find out later, also due to it being uncommon. The only real question is calm mind or nasty plot? Personally, I like calm mind for the sp.def boost, but I'm guessing nasty plot is better overall, but I don't know how Lucario learns it?
Scizor (Cell) @ (not sure yet, running a King's Rock right now like a noob because I don't have many good items)
Ability: Technician
Lax Nature (I know, terrible nature, but Scizor's aren't easy to come by in X/Y, so I'm making due)
EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Def

-Swords Dance
-X-Scissor/U-Turn
-Night Slash/Brick Break/Coverage move
Scizor as Cell seems like a no brainer to me, only mine isn't shiny so it's not green like Cell, but I think people will get the reference either way. This Scizor doesn't have ideal stats or nature, but as I already said Scizor's are tough to come by. I'm also fairly undecided on his moves, so let me know which move set is the most useful. Also on which item to use, I'm clueless on what to put on him at the moment.
And last, but certainly not least, Mewtwo as the mighty Lord Frieza!!!

The most obvious of all, and I'm pretty sure this was Gamefreak's way of paying homage to DBZ as well, Mewtwo as Frieza is just plain obvious. This is also the reason I ran a special set on Lucario, since Mewtwo would be my physical attacker. His move set is definitely not set yet, this is just what I'm working with for the time being. Also, once it's made available, I plan on importing a Mewtwo that can learn the elemental punches, then I'll have him learn all the elemental punches along with a psychic STAB move.
This isn't really a team I plan on using competitively all that much, as it would only be allowed in Ubers, in which case I would be crushed. My friends and I have battles all the time, and we have our own custom rules (we are each allowed one legendary, then everything else must have a base 600 or lower). I just thought I'd put it out there to let you guys see and help me improve it where it can be improved. Thanks for looking everyone! (also, if someone knows or can put in all the fancy pics of each pokemon, that would be kewl, I don't know how).
