cbrevan's uphill climb begins with a pretty thicc obstacle in his path in the form of Mowtom's sturdy Runerigus. While Jacen does his best to trade blows with his bulky enemy, Rectos' strong defenses and type advantage still allow her to come out with a lead. Just as importantly, Mowtom has managed to order second versus a Gallade and not die trying, which is more than most of you scrubs reading this can say for yourselves. Still, the lead is far from insurmountable, so let's see if cbrevan can pull through in the next rounds.

cbrevan's response doesn't take long, as two swift beams of concentrated sunlight coming from Luke make short work of an already weakened Rectos, while the Tomohawk's defenses heavily soften its opponent's counterpunches. Still, Mowtom is surely satisfied with the Runerigus' performance, and she will get the benefit of second order once more. cbrevan can't afford for a repeat of Round 2, lest this match gets away from him in a hurry.

I apologize for the delay, I'm kinda doing a lot in tour and I've been prioritizing that.
Back in this battle, sneaky Mowtom manages to ensure Months survives one more round at least, by however slim of a margin. Mimikyu's dumb high Special Defense means that Hex basically damage races a super effective STAB Flash Cannon .-.
We're heading into the home stretch, all that's left to see is whether Mowtom will let her opponent save face with a second KO.
