I tried to make the most of Inteleon's (Sniper) hidden ability. Scope Lens + Focus Energy (to increase critical chance). Using the Damage Calculator and some Pokémon with the same status base (for example, Moltres that has the same special attack as Inteleon). Anyway, considering the critic, he can give 2HIT KO or OHKO to many OU Pokémon. Here are some examples:

Here are some OU Pokémon that kills quite easily using the Hydro Pump. If you want to know or result with other attacks, calculate (I'm too lazy to do the rest) XD
